A visit to the King
"So, this is the Camelot you seem fond of?"
Aryn glanced at Aska with a smile. "Yes. This is one of the first world where magic is back." She frowned slightly. "Well, I think it's even the only one I know with magic free."
It had been only a matter of time before Aryn-and Aska-came here. Aska had informed her about this Rift, and she had known from Merlin that it seemed to bring trouble. She had been worried, and Aska finally told her they had to come. "I know you are wary of doing any major help. But you should not hesitate, not this time." had been his words.
So here they stand. It was also great for Aska, who had been curious about this world. He nudged Aryn slightly. "Let's find King Arthur, yeah?"
Aryn nodded, and together; they went into the castle. She was used to go and knock on Merlin's door, but she wasn't sure Arthur would like that. Should she ask for an audiance?
Aska seemed to pick on her hesitant state. "Quite honestly, I don't want to see much people. I'm a bit twitchy. People still seem surprised by our appearance." He couldn't really blame them. A blue-haired woman and a red-haired man were hardly seen. "Do you think we could be sneaky and find directly the King?"
Aryn chuckled. "Alright, let's do this. But I'm warning you, if he isn't happy, you are the one to blame!"
Aska stuck his tongue out for reply. Aryn laughed, and lead him to where she could sense Arthur.

Arthur's chambers. King Arthur's chambers. Daegal stood mere feet from the door and he couldn't believe how stupidly nervous he was. Well, perhaps Merlin would have considered it to be silly, but from where he stood, Daegal didn't think so. This was a King he was here to see, after all, and he highly doubted that the man would remember the face of a boy who'd saved his life just one brief moment.
Merlin was relying on him to drop this particular red tunic off, though. It was such a simple task and it would take no time at all, so why on earth was Daegal so nervous? His fingers fidgeting with the soft fabric of the shirt for a couple of moments as he turned his head, gazing toward either end of the corridor.
Taking in a deep breath, though, he finally took the last couple of steps forward, turning his gaze back to the door. He lifted his hand and he knocked upon the wood three times.
And then he held his breath.
