You might have to activate your sim card because when I first got my new phone, I had to call the provider to activate it before being able to use the phone.
well!! as far as i can tell, my sim card works but doesn't support wi-fi calling. if i can manage a signal, i can call and text people just fine. the thing is that nine times out of ten i can't get a signal because i live in the cellar, so i need the wi-fi option.
