1. Do you prefer traditional drawing, or digital?

I like both methods. In most of my art, I usually draw traditionally first then use that drawing as a reference for when I draw digitally. Most of the time, I just trace my own traditional art since I do tend to draw more acceptable in traditional ( A sketchpad is more spacious than a cellphone after all).

Overall, I equally love to draw both in traditional and digital.

6. What’s your least favorite thing to draw?

Oh man, robotic stuff? Like, I love that stuff, but MAN IT IS HARD TO DRAW. Also backgrounds… :( 

9. How much time do you spend drawing on an average day?

Depends on what I’m drawing, but a couple of hours? 2-4 maybe. I’m a pretty slow artist (and I am detail freak so that takes some time too y’know lol)

10. Are you confident about your art?

I like to pretend I am. I always try to stay positive about my stuff, but sometimes it’s just… Sometimes I really loathe my art, but that might just be the artblocks :’) I’ve gotten more confident over the years though, I’ve realized that I have improved alot and that I’m actually maybe not so bad at art after all lol

19. What is the most difficult thing for you to draw?

Fullbody pieces and backgrounds 8(

20. What is the easiest thing for you to draw?

Probobly animals? I’ve been drawing animals since I started lol

25. Do you like to draw in silence, or with music?

I rarely draw in silence. I prefer to either listen to music or have a movie or tv show running in the background c;

1. Do you prefer traditional drawing, or digital?

I prefer digital! Of course, nothing wrong with drawing traditional, and I do it sometimes, but that’s pretty rare. 

2. How long have you been drawing?

I could say the whole “I’ve been drawing since I could hold a pencil!” thing, but honestly, I really started in 2007. That’s when I started doing it  as a hobby and got a huge interest for it. So I’ve been drawing for about 10 years, I think? 

3. How many classes have you taken?

None! I’m self-thaught. I did spend a year on a folkhigh school (A type of school we have in Norway where you have no grades or exams, it’s basically a school year where you have fun) where I did some art studies, but honestly I knew most of it. (Was a great year tho!)

5. What’s your favorite thing to draw?

Oh man there are so many things I love to draw. I especially enjoy facial structures, hair and animals! I also love to interpret other designs into my own style. 

8. Do you draw professionally, or just for fun?

For the time being I mostly draw for fun. I do accept some commissions here and there whenever money is needed. I would love to work professionally though, doing art is my thing y’know. (I was pretty close to getting an apprentice job at a tattoo place some time ago, but that fell through)

13. Do you prefer to keep your art personal, or do you like drawing things for other people?

Both? I love to draw personal stuff, but man, I also love to draw for others. Ever since I started doing art I’ve been doing art trades and requests (just recently started doing commissions) and making other people happy is really important to me. Being able to make others happy with stuff I create is the best feeling honestly :’)

21. Do you like to challenge yourself?

There was a time where I didn’t. I was afraid to fail and all that, and I struggled really hard with my art not being “perfect enough” or not as good as other artist that I looked up to. But with time I kinda started to enjoy it. I love to stretch further and see what I’m capable of, and it’s all good practice anyway :’) So a challenge is always welcome!

5. What’s your favorite thing to draw?this is always a bit tough to answer but, DYNAMIC POSES also, interesting improvised characters, drawing faces or poses on the fly :) i really like drawing comic panels and especially thumbs with bodies and poses and speechbubbles.

6. What’s your least favorite thing to draw?Definitely do not enjoy drawing boring faces or drunk/scroogy faces. It also seems that I don’t do very well with just drawing un-reqognizable stuff, like drawing a live-model  because it becomes something else entirely? but eh, usually everything unknown can be taken as a challenge so i'm not sure really... i guess i do draw scenery an awful lot less than anything else, and haven't really tried to remedy that much either.

8. Do you draw professionally, or just for fun?I draw for fun and practice mostly but i do get offers to draw for money from teachers and people who know me…from time to time. Not a professional job yet tho :’y

14. Do you ever collaborate with others? Yes! I love working on drawings or fun things with other people, especially friends! :D Here’s a 3-way switch collab with two other friends at a con and my sister’s tag!

 25. Do you like to draw in silence, or with music?It depends really, mostly on my mood i think? I mean i like music but only if it’s just the music alone and i get to scribble in the background :’) and not like someone else talking or loud gaming noises haha... i can tune other sounds out, or even the music i picked? but that'd kind of depend on the place then! I'd need to be able to be in a safe working place where i don't have to do anything else but draw, to have music on too. Otherwise i like to reference music for specific moods.... I guess i like quiet best tho, i usually get the most work done because that's all i'm pulling my focus onto. Ambient sounds or wordless music is the best tho i think and i'd like to try having that on one day.Thanks for asking these! These were fun to answer!

12. Any weird artist behavior you admit doing?I do the whole expression thing. You know, if you're drawing a character smiling you start smiling too. Or a very angry or focused face, I do those too.But I hear it's pretty common so... |'DDD Not sure if it's that weird.
