ArtsPass Feature: TimeLine Theatre Company

The TimeLine Theatre Company unites stories from history with issues of today through four mainstage productions each season. Recent plays have told the stories of two sisters separated in World War II, provided an intimate look at Civil Rights activism, and showed the events leading to the signing of the Oslo Accords. Arts Pass: The Art Institute of Chicago

Ever wanted to see famous paintings by Picasso and Monet, or Pop Art works by Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein? All of these art pieces and more are at the Art Institute of Chicago! The Art Institute is one of the museums that offers free admission to UChicago students through our Arts Pass. Through the Arts Pass, UChicago also holds a Night at the Art Institute Event during the school year that includes free transportation to the museum from campus!

Did You Know? Frank Lloyd Wright Robie House

Did you know that Frank Lloyd Wright designed a house on the UChicago campus? The Robie house, located next to the Booth School of Business, was designed for Frederick C. Robie in 1910. The prairie style house was inspired by the Midwestern landscape! The Robie House is now open to the public. UChicago students get free tours, thanks to the Arts Pass :)

Arts Pass Organizations: Joffrey Ballet

The Joffrey Ballet, in the Chicago Loop, is a world-class ballet company that performs several shows per season. With the UChicago Arts Pass, students can get $15 rush tickets to the Joffrey, and there are occasionally Arts Pass Exclusive trips to the Joffrey, which includes free transportation between campus and the theater.
