It's energy is like the turning of hair follicles into spines, and hard durable bark developing over soft woods to protect the center from the elements with sharp thorns grown to defend delicate flowers and ripening fruit from predators. Its like razor barbs layed out to defend against encroaching enemies or a spear in the hands of a stubborn, determined and articulate knight. It's kinda the strengthening of defenses required to protect your peace without sacrificing your softness(?)

Arvyndase: the Magickal Language of the Silver Elves

I use the language known as Arvyndase for my spells, incantations, & sigils. It is a magickal & powerful language channeled,written down, & recorded by the Silver Elves. It is the most complete Elven language on record with over 30,000 words, 3 Scripts, & it's primary purpose is to be used as a language to speak/write spells, incantations, & rituals. Tho it can also be used in everyday conversation. I have been learning the language for quite some time now & I am finally fully comfortable with using it! I wish I would have known about it years ago! I have always been Elven, and recently discovered that my tribe is the Nobyndar Elves of the Usylyne Tribe. Had I have discovered this language when I was a teenager I could have been using it instead of having to learn dead languages LOL! I use Arvyn Script for my Sigils along with meteorological symbols of course! I use Sylvyn Script to write most of my spells.

Ålevynae

The closest English equivalent is: Petrichor

pronounced: ah – lee – vin – nay

In the magic language Arvyndase, "Alevynae" means "smell of the earth just after it has rained"

(while not included in the definition, the smell of fresh rain 'Petrichor' is the same smell as fertile soil. The scent is caused by geosmin which is released into the air when water meets dry, bacteria-rich soil. Humans are extremely sensitive to this smell, even more so than sharks are to blood in the water:) )

Does anyone else speak Elven Arvyndase?

I'm learning how to read/write in the Sylvan script variant, I'm hoping some fellow faery, elves or others of the Faerie might speak it as well!

Been looking into The Silver Elves (the group), and just bought their book about arvyndase (the language of the silver elves), their fae-kin book and one called the "elven tree of life eternal" and they're pretty cool so far from the bits I actually have read! When it comes to the "elven tree of life eternal" I haven't actually read it through yet, but I'm hoping it isn't appropriating Qabalah and Jewish mystical practices but we'll have to see

In the magic language Arvyndase, "Bontoklor" means "the fallacious (based on a mistaken belief) assumption that because you desire to do something you should actually do it"

Like if I were to dive into a frozen lake because I believed the ice isnt cold, even though realistically I'd get hypothermia. That'd be HELLA BONTOKLOR
