trying to round up some peeps with less common theriotypes !

While I love and adore wolf/canine and feline therians and otherkin, I’ve never seen or met anyone else with my theriotype(s)

Rounding up others with that issue

For reference, I also heavily identify with canines and felines, and I am a specifically Turkish Van Cat therian, but I am also opposum, raven, and specifically American toad therian as well as angelkin and cryptidkin (I’m not 100% on if I’m using these terms right but in my soul I know I have been these animals and I miss it, I know I have times that I shift into these headspaces and I struggle with species dysphoria a lot, and I find myself frequently feeling wings/extra eyes, feeling like I’m glowing, etc and when I see myself in my headspace I see myself as an angel a lot)

I wish people would stop perpetuating that fae have to look exactly perfectly beautiful by human standards. Fae have always been described as looking majorly strange, sickly, inhuman and sometimes even described as horrifying! Fae don't base their form on what humans find pleasing unless they want to. ((((Edit: let me add also that even the "beautiful" fae's main favorite foods are typically creams, honey, fruits and sometimes cheeses so even the 'beautiful ones' wouldn't all be the slender borderline anorexic body types that most of modern media insists is how ALL elves and fae look)))

OK so this new girl started working at my job (she's about like...3 years older than me fyi.) and we were in the employee area and I noticed she had a mermaid charm on her bag, so I go "Oh what a cute mermaid!" Just trying to make conversation. And she's like "oh my gosh thank you! I love mermaids SO MUCH! The Little Mermaid is my favorite movie, and if you read my hat it says "I'd rather be with mermaids." And I have this tattoo on my leg of fish scales, and my tumbler has mermaids on it! Mermaids are so so so cool!"

So I let her know that I was the same about goblins, that they're my favorite mythical creature and I relate to them A LOT (wink wink.) And I showed her my hat that says "Goblin Mode" on it (we are required to wear hats so we don't get hair in the food.) And she complimented my hat!!

Obviously I'm not gonna mention otherkin to her, but...like....
