A familiar stranger
An old friend?
A terrifying enemy?
Who are you?
I know you.... but you are a stranger to me. So familiar and yet so strange...
🌼Howdy, everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful Thursday morning! I know that I very much am. I can’t explain this image too much as much as I am dying to. If you want to know more about it feel free to message me on Tumblr messenger but this is the piece that my stream yielded last night. I am so happy with this I can’t even express it in words. You know one of my struggles has always been art style. I have always tried to push myself to be like others but guess what I am not. None of it felt natural this...does. It not only combines my prior art knowledge such as a pre-toned background but also a massive influence on my life, manga. I love the textures they place in their work and so from now on this is what you are going to be seeing with sketches. I need to do what feels natural and I think I have finally found that for myself. I hope you all enjoy the new techniques and experimenting! Let me know what you think below and as always REBLOGS help so much so I am able to share more of my work with others!
Read the story below :D

We Tear Apart The Sky
There's an emptiness that comes after crying.
It's almost comical, in its own, twisted way.
You're so full, bursting with emotion, and then it's all just... gone.
And you wonder what the point was in the first place.
~
Most of the time, it just starts with an off day.
He can't concentrate on the lectures; finds himself staring at the dreary sky and twirling his pen, listening but not hearing.
His spikes don't quite go through.
Practice is a blur of going through the motions, it becomes just a thing he does rather than an activity he enjoys, a club he picked for the love of the sport.
He leaves it feeling small. Exhausted. It's easy to blame it on the exercise. There are just days like this.
Until these days bleed into weeks. Everything is gray.
He laughs at his friend's jokes, but they don't seem real, tangible, there.
Oikawa hangs off his arm on the way home, like he does sometimes when he desperately wants Hajime's attention. Hajime just sighs, feeling the fatigue in every muscle.
"You okay?" Oikawa asks, brow furrowing in concern.
Hajime shrugs.
As I obviously have too much free time, and think of reading sessions in terms of encounters and conversations, I’ve made a list of books that have been especially meaningful to me up to this day. Hopefully, it will grow streadily over time.
