cryin because i procrastinated for 9 months for this (excuse the bad audio)
Haruka: This is a surprise for Makoto. You can’t tell anybody else about this. Okay? Ikuya: I just told Asahi. Asahi: Yeah, and I told Kisumi. Kisumi: ... And I told many, many people.
“Is this the lesson you want to teach me? Is it really?” - AsaHaru
this swerves towards nsfw, fair warning
Asahi let out an aggravated noise and tapped the table a few times. He had no idea where Haru’s attention was other than clearly not on the conversation at hand judging by the faraway look in his eyes and the way he was simply nodding along as Asahi spoke, seeming to react more to the tone of his voice than anything he was actually saying.
“Are you even listening to me Haru?” he asked a little more sharply than he normally would.
Haru’s deep blue eyes suddenly unglazed from wherever his mind had wandered. He licked his lips and stared down at Asahi’s fingers resting against the table.
“I was listening. Mostly.” Asahi had to try extremely hard not to roll his eyes. “But I have to ask. Is this is the lesson you want to teach me? Is it really? Are you sure? Because honestly all I'm getting out of it is that you are very, very attractive when you're like this.”
Asahi’s cheeks flushed but other than that he didn’t show any outward sign of shock or surprise at Haru’s words. Or his implication. What he did was watch the way Haru’s gaze was still focused on his fingers and the way Haru’s cheeks tinted the slightest bit redder when Asahi pressed his fingers flat against the table and spread them as far as he could.
“Oh?” Asahi saw the way Haru shifted in his seat across the table. He wanted to grin at Haru but he simply propped his elbow on the table and rested his chin in his hand, the fingers of the other slowly flexing up and pressing down against the tabletop. “Are you asking me to teach you a different lesson?”
Haru finally dragged his gaze from Asahi’s fingers to look Asahi in the eye.
“If it involves that tone of voice and me being naked in the bedroom then yes.” Haru held Asahi’s gaze. “I am asking you to take me to the bedroom and teach me a lesson.”
Asahi’s throat went tight at the statement and he cleared it a couple times before he pointed out the kitchen and said, “Then get into the bedroom and and sit on floor in front of the bed and wait for me.”
—
Asahi shushed Haru as he ran his fingers up and down his sides. “Hush now. You’ll learn the lesson I want you to learn,” he whispered into Haru’s ear, “and you’ll get there when I want you to get there.” Haru shuddered and arched into Asahi’s touch. Then he went pliant a moment later when Asahi settled his weight over Haru and let himself press him into the mattress. “Are we clear?”
Haru whined when Asahi’s lips brushed against his cheek.
But he gasped out, “We’re clear,” when Asahi drug his nails along Haru’s side with a questioning hum.
Asahi smiled and nuzzled at Haru’s temple. Haru was a stubborn learner sometimes. So it was a good thing Asahi had patience in spades.
Asahi: Come on, I wasn’t that drunk last night! Makoto: You were flirting with Kisumi... Asahi: So what? He’s my boyfriend! Ikuya: You asked him if he was single. Haruka: And then you cried when he said he wasn’t.
“You said this was safe, but I think it’s quite the opposite!” - AsaHaru

Asahi glanced around the room nervously. He shouldn’t be nervous. He’d been in this room countless times. Hell he repaired the panel on the far wall just a couple of nights ago.
But when he had his arm elbow deep inside a panel that helped controlled very specific and slightly expensive medical equipment and monitors he had been alone. There hadn’t been a pair of brilliant blue eyes watching him like every move might be his last. Haru shifted behind him, the sound almost deafening with how quiet they were both being, and Asahi swallowed hard.
“In all honesty, I didn’t think you’d go through with it, so it’s both of our faults.” - AsaHaru because I simply cannot get enough of them.
have a thing?
Asahi sighs and leans against Haru’s back, shifting on the ground a bit to try to work out some of the numbness in his lower half. Haru pushes back against Asahi with a growl. Clearly someone isn’t pleased by the situation. Asahi sighs again.
“In all honesty,” he states, “I didn’t think you’d go through with it. So, really, it’s both of our faults.”
Haru stiffens and cranes his neck to glare over his shoulder. Not that Asahi can really see him, what with the whole being back to back and all, but he can feel that glare through every tense muscle in Haru’s back and the careful steady breaths he’s taking.
“I am in no way to blame for this Azumane.”
“Oh. Ouch.” Asahi makes a pained noise. “Family name. I guess I really ticked you off huh, little bird?”
“Calling me that is in no way conducive to me not throttling you the moment my hands are free. You realize this, right?”
Asahi shrugs. He figures he’ll take care of that obstacle when he gets to it. Haru’s never stayed mad at him longer than a few days and even if he does hold out for more than that Asahi knows a few ways to weasel his way back into Haru’s good graces; one of which costs him no more than a blush and a grin as he listens to Suga scold him almost playfully for a few minutes. What he’s a little more concerned about right now is the fact that Sousuke still hasn’t come back yet. And that his fingers are going a little numb. But mostly the fact that Sousuke’s not back.
Then the apartment door opens and closes and Sousuke comes back into the living room and Asahi kind of wishes Sousuke had stayed away maybe just a teensy bit longer.
“If I start apologizing now will it help any?” Asahi gives the best sheepish look he can to Sousuke. He even blinks imploringly a couple times.
It doesn’t make Sousuke’s resting bitch face any less bitchy. In fact it seems to turn the severity up a couple of notches. So he drops his gaze and makes a disgruntled face at the floor.
“Will you untie me since I didn’t do anything,” Haru asks petulantly from behind Asahi.
Sousuke raises his brows and leans against the doorway with his arms crossed. It would be menacing if Asahi hadn’t spent last week watching romcoms with Sousuke while he growled and grumbled about his poor choice in romantic partners and Asahi soothingly patted his arm and ran his hand through Sousuke’s hair.
“What part of ‘if you ever break into my apartment again I will tie you up and leave you to starve’ makes you think I’ll untie you?”
“The part where it was Azumane’s idea?” Okay. Wow. He knows he irritated Haru but he didn’t think Haru would throw him under the bus quite that easily. “The part where you don’t want me anywhere in the vicinity of your apartment anymore than I ever generally want to be in the vicinity of your apartment?”
The or near you is unspoken but Asahi still cringes at it, he knows how much the strained relationship Sousuke and Haru have eats at Haru sometimes; especially since this latest partner of Sousuke’s hadn’t exactly been Haru’s biggest fan. Sousuke doesn’t cringe but Asahi can see his jaw tense just before he swallows hard.
And maybe gets the slightest flush on his cheeks?
Nearly a decade and a half of friendship with Suga has Asahi’s mind twirling through possible scenarios and outcomes. Some of which are the reason he starts blushing when Sousuke suddenly narrows his eyes and looks at Asahi contemplatively.
“So despite my warning of what I would do if you tried the whole breaking into my apartment thing again, you still went and did it? What are you up to Azumane?”
“Um.” Asahi gulps and glances away from Sousuke’s eyes. The carpet near his knee is rather fascinating today as he tries not to be super aware of Sousuke walking towards him or the wriggle of Haru’s fingers against his own where their bound hands are pressed together behind their backs.
Sousuke crouches down in front of Asahi and tugs at the rope that’s wrapped around his and Haru’s chests.
“Asahi?” Sousuke tilts his head down and Asahi never forgets how Sousuke looks with his bangs falling into his face ever so slightly - he hasn’t had time for a haircut in a couple months - but somehow it always catches him off guard when Sousuke looks up at him through them. He’s not sure what he’s planning on saying when Sousuke glances past him to Haru and he can finally open his mouth and respond but it’s lost when Haru sighs deeply and throws him under the bus. Again.
“He wants to make sure you’re okay. Because Asahi has a giant crush on you,” Haru states calmly and Asahi decides he’s lucky they’re tied up because he is suddenly very tempted to throw Haru off of Sousuke’s third floor apartment balcony. Preferably into the dumpster below it.
“Haru has had a crush on you for three years,” Asahi blurts out when Sousuke’s eyes snap back to him.
Haru stiffens behind him and Asahi won’t be surprised if there is bloodshed when Sousuke finally lets them free.
“Traitor,” Haru hisses.
“You started it,” Asahi bites out in response.
“I’m not the one who needed to force someone into coming over to my crush’s apartment with me so I can try to avoid drooling over him.”
“No. You’re just the one who has been pining for him for three years and too chicken to do anything.”
Asahi does not like doing this. Doesn’t like digging into Haru’s secrets and throwing them out like this. But if he was going to fight dirty then Asahi wasn’t about to let him just get away with it.
They’re still grumbling at each other when Sousuke suddenly stands and drags a hand down his face.
“I’m going to bed. We’ll talk about all this in the morning. If you manage to get out of the ropes you know where the extra blankets are. Or the door. Your choice.” With that he leaves them in the middle of his living room grumbling about stupid friends and stupid crushes and hating when Rin was right about anything.

TREAT
Asahi watches Haru. Watches the way his eyes narrow and his head tilts - the motions even more captivating to Asahi thanks to the smattering of jeweled stickers around Haru’s eyes and the floppy yet somewhat graceful witch’s hat on his head - and, for a moment, debates stepping in. But Haru can take care of himself. Which he proves less than a minute later when he “accidentally” shoves the handle of his broomstick into the gut of the man who had been talking to him before he turns and makes his way back through the crowd to Asahi’s side.
“That wasn’t very nice of you Haru,” Asahi scolds playfully when Haru reaches him. Haru responds with a bland look.
“He wanted to ride my broomstick,” Haru says with a shrug, “so I gave it to him.”
Suga nearly chokes on his drink. Which has Nagisa making a sympathetic noise and patting him on the back while Haru just looks pleased with himself. Asahi watches them warily for a moment before turning his attention back to Haru; he still wasn’t entirely sure introducing Suga to someone who Haru had described as ‘a walking talking sunshine sugar high of a devil’s child’ was a good idea. But Haru had insisted that Nagisa come with. Or Nagisa had insisted he come with. Asahi still isn’t entirely sure and, honestly, he felt more secure not asking for clarification.
“Haru,” he starts, intending on maybe giving a tiny lecture about not hitting random people who are hitting on you just because you don’t like it. Even if he thinks it’s kind of creepy to hit on people who are clearly not interested and is maybe a little impressed by Haru’s bluntness.
Haru smiles at him and rocks up a little to press a kiss to Asahi’s cheek and he promptly loses whatever train of thought he had when he hears Haru murmur something about Asahi being the only one who gets to ride him.
“Yes, Asahi?” he prompts when Asahi blinks down at him.
“I think he broke Asahi,” Suga says gleefully. Asahi glances over long enough to realize that Nagisa is now perched on Suga’s lap watching Haru and himself with open interest. He returns his gaze to Haru. It seems safer that way. Which really isn’t saying all that much if he’s being honest.
“Never mind,” Asahi finally says. “You make a stunning witch is all.”
“Thank you.”

5. Angry kiss - AsaHaru

305 is close enough to 100-300 right? right.
Nanase Haruka is a force to be reckoned with on a good day.
Today is not a good day.
Asahi watches with an odd sense of fascination as Haru stalks around the apartment like he owns the place, glaring Asahi’s houseplants into submission, rearranging the contents of Asahi’s kitchen, and generally making a nuisance of himself in the least obtrusive ways possible.
“Ueda still being a bit of a jerk at work?”
“I told him no a dozen times. And you know what he did today?”
“Going from your tone and the fact you look ready to kill someone I’m going to guess nothing good.” Haru suddenly stops in front of the chair Asahi is stretched out in and glares down at him. Asahi raises his brows expectantly. “Can I help you with something?”
Haru drops into Asahi’s lap with the power and grace of a cat pouncing on a new toy and tangles his hands in Asahi’s hair. His lips stop a breath away from Asahi’s own.
“Fire Ueda for me?”
“Sorry little bird, I can’t do that.” Haru’s eyes narrow, though he’s not sure if it’s the nickname or the refusal to fire Haru’s employee, and he studies Asahi’s face, his own face a cool mask.
He expects the kiss that Haru gives him though the intensity of it is, as usual, enough to stun Asahi for a moment. All of Haru’s frustration and anger from the day quickly melts into all of the passion that Asahi loves him for and Asahi smiles when Haru sinks against him.
When Haru is curled up in Asahi’s bed later that night he’ll sneak out and put all his stuff back where he normally keeps it, ready for the next time Haru needs to storm into Asahi’s apartment and make it a little more like Haru’s home.
