"In the year 2814, Denver looked much different than its 21st century history books would describe it. Bastard’s Brood was the corner first floor shop of a larger, open complex. Within the winding, paved walkways of the shopping center were businesses that catered to all sorts and tastes. Tattoo shops, art galleries, augmentation upgrades, bookstores, spice stores, and more. If you could think it, it existed within the labyrinth of shops and storefronts in the half-mile sized multi-level marketplace.
Capricorn’s specific location was nestled in a prime location; just far enough from the main street to deter window shopping tourists, but far enough in to captivate the most resolute of passerby. The half-breed made her way to the main road, a wide, cobbled street stretching endlessly in either direction. Smaller streets branched off it, paved in the same cobbled pattern."
