I’m sorry if this offends you, but if you waste your time invalidating others because you don’t think they’re as oppressed as you then you are a piece of shit. Acespec Identity of the Week: Greysexual

Hi lovelies! Sorry I haven’t been updating this series. This week’s identity is greysexual!

greysexuality: sometimes experiencing sexual attraction or sexual desire 

Greysexuality basically means that sexual attraction is felt infrequently. This is different from demisexuality because:

Demisexuals only experience sexual attraction after a strong emotional bond is formed

Greysexuals experience "regular" allosexual attraction infrequently on occasion.

Boiled down, demi is exclusively after a bond and grey is not.

Asexual Awareness Week

Today, October 20th, begins the annual celebration and bringing-awareness week for the Asexual community. This week, we can take pride, safety, and bring awareness to the many identities that exist on our spectrum. Learn more about the community, tell your friends, and maybe even come out to a world that’s safe, at least here. 

You all are loved, supported, and very much in the LGBTQ+ community my ace friends. And if you’re questioning, maybe you’ll find a label that works for you this week!
