C!Tubbo is Unable to Catch a Break: Everything and Everyone he Loves Burns
Hi, Tubbling here, I have never ranted about this on Tumblr, but I have to friends. Also, cause I'm lazy this is all about the characters, I just don't want to type "C!" like 50 times in this post. So unless stated the "C!" is implied.
Now this isn't me just using the quote everything I love burns to imply other things. This is just straight up fact. His first house burned down twice, his jungle base burned down, L'manburg blew up 3 times, Squeeks ran into a creeper, the compass blew up in creeper explosion, his second death, Ranboo's second death. Like so many things either burn or explode.
And if they don't burn or explode, bad things still happen. His fucking child was kidnapped. He has been collateral damage for so many people, anyway here is a list of things that happened to him that I made on December 28, 2020
Fought in multiple wars for Tommy
Died cause if someone he trusted
Watched his best friend die
Had to sit and watch his friends get run out (one of them dying in the process) the country they fought for
Forced to hunt down his best friend, to kill
Forced to tear down the walls he helped build
Slightly emotional abused and manipulated by Schaltt
The moral dilemma he went through when asked to be a spy
Decorated, Planned, Signed and Sent out the invites, and gave a speech at his own public execution
Executed by someone he trusted (that is fact no more matter if Techno was forced, it still happened and it still hurt)
Fought in another war
Was given power he never wanted
Mentioned he has PTSD over the festival
Killed again by Techno, this time for no reason, other than the power he didn't even want
Saw the destruction of his country minutes later
Immediately having to step into that leadership rule to stare someone much stronger them in the eyes, and point out the flaws in his logic
Was forced back into that leadership role to choose between his country or his best friend
Did everything in his power to not choose and save both, not once but twice
Was called selfish for trying to save everyone
When he finally has to choose between the two, he was told he would have final say. He was yelled at cause he didn't choose the one they wanted.
Stated multiple times that he didn't want to be president anymore
Was also manipulated by Dream as well
Left in a box on the side of the road as a child
was told he like one of his abusers
going to visit his best friend, only to find a blown up area and a tower to the sky
Everyone leaving him (expect Ranboo)
Not even being able to process the fact his best friend wasn't dead before being forced once more into the presidency role
Gets called a monster by his best friend, and is not allowed to explain what actually happened
Never processes his emotions, instead throwing himself into projects (Thank you CC!Wilbur and CC!Ranboo for bringing that up almost a year after i wrote this)
Also a thing I wrote as well, and can still be considered canon, cause of the whole Michael the piglin being his grandson? so I'm adding this.
Philza is his adopted father
a father who never sides with him
who has only checked om Ghostbur, Tommy, Techno, and Fundy a bit
who constantly mentions what Tubbo is doing wrong
a father who isn't supportive
a father who won't even mention him
I wrote this BEFORE the Green Festival, shall I add on?

Can I also add "You're a worthless idiot." -Dream and how no one defended him, not even himself (cause he believed it)
Ranboo being outed as a traitor, you know the only person he trusted left (who he still defended an hour later)
His country getting a death warrant as well
Doomsday, I could list everything about that, but you know what happened.
Squeeks dying (as I stated)
The finale Disc War Confrontation, he was prepared to die that day
The Egg shows Tubbo "dead families" (which honestly is great foreshadowing albeit unintentional)
I could mention the Jake Manifold thing, but honestly he never found out about it so
Tommy died, "I think I'll stay in denial a little longer" (also fuck all of you who said he couldn't act)
Honestly the investigation is sadden to watch, especially in retrospect, cause he refuses to blame Ranboo
The missing nuke
The Cookie Outpost (that was built as a spy post, not a nuclear launch site that some of y'all believe) (I'm also going to add Quackity was the first person to escalate by griefing and leaving a threatening note)
The fact he was the only person who mourned L'Manburg
Once again stating he has PTSD and nightmares about the explosions and the execution
Hitting on 16, he literally talks about what will happened, and is right, and then has to relive a traumatic moment of his life, only for his husband to take his spot instead
and I already mentioned Ranboo's last life and Michael the Piglin
and people have the audacity to say he doesn't have any trauma, and he isn't allowed to react to certain things.
