Ash and Dawn are the type of people to forget they're even dating. Ash would go to grab Dawn's hand and she'd be like "what the fu-? oh wait, we're dating lmao." Dawn would give him a kiss and he'd be blushing then she'd remind him that they're dating.
They're forgetful dorks.
Gripearl/Skyduo and Satohika/Pearlshipping are the same flavor of ship to me

Other random thoughts about this:
Dawn would help Ash get into the costume and also patch up any sort of damage.
Iris would be part of the Cheerleader Team.
Serena would be part of the Marching Band. Chloe too.
I think the main sport should be basketball just so Ash can do this at some point:
