I can't speak for anyone else, but I never got back into the swing of things once replies came back. I'm so used to a pretty isolated experience on this site, I don't know how to do anything different.

Really? I like tumblr because of the interaction and the feedback tbh. Of course there are enough moments of me scrolling the dash like a zombie, but the tags and comments and replies are what makes it fun for me.

If temperatures stay high, I highly suggest carrying a hankerchief. You can blot sweat off more efficiently and I don't know if you have acne problems like I do but it helps that you don't touch your face with your hands.

it’s only bad right now because I had to walk home because the trams stopped working lmao but usually I leave my face alone because of make-up and I’ve started to at least always put foundation on because mine has a high spf and keeps me from looking like a red blotchy pile of garbage

There's that but for me, it was that so much has been retconned in recent years that I totally thought her death was going to be retconned too.

in the end it was retconned by letting her fly off and I hated that decision

We have like 200 years of baggage to slog through. We don't want to acknowledge that first doesn't mean we got it completely right the first time.

Isn’t there criticism about the system as it is now, or are people just going along with it without thinking?
