★— SUDDEN was indeed the word. One second Steve was going about his daily routine of just walking around down town in the hunt for a decent deli, then the next second he was being whisked away in a galactic embrace --- not that he had any complaints. In fact, the embrace was surprisingly gentle --- almost as though he were being lifted by AIR.

And the icing on top of the cake was that Steve Rogers was certainly not USED to being carried. So admittedly, it felt --- nice, and was definitely a feeling he could get used to. 

With a mixture of surprise and bashfulness, his cheeks became highlighted with heat -- a rose tinge painting its way across those  high cheekbones of his as wide azures began to relax now that he KNEW who it was --- attacking him with a surprise cuddle. Which, again, was much appreciated, and to reiterate--- felt so light; as though his heart were being lifted from the heavy unease of his usual duties. 

He eased himself into the hold, feeling every muscle relax but still ever so SHY about it. Perhaps he was more flustered than he was letting off, but what was not to love about being so close to the stars he had dreamed of --- finding that warmth in such a hold.
