Is that Mermaid Megop fic still a go?

Slowly but surely I there was just some unfortunate timing cause I had forgotten that the AO3 curse doesn’t sleep and when I had foolishly posted a different fic before trying to finish the 2nd chapter to the merformer fic and got the chicken pox a day later (at least the doctors think it was chicken pox they weren’t entirely sure)

Don’t worry I’m much better now

Now my main issue is actually trying to write without getting distracted or having to work

How many leeches do you think it would take to kill someone?

Okay Anon, let me math this out. 

On average, a human body has 5 liters of blood. 

A leech can hold, on average, 10 milliliters of blood.

So, switching liters to mL to make the math easier, a human body has 5,000 mL of the red juice inside it.

5,000 divided by 10 mL(per leech) is 500 leeches on the average human body, to kill and drain someone of all of their blood using only leeches and their tiny, ferocious hunger.

In addition: to just kill someone, and not go into ghoulish overkill, you’d need to have them lose half to two-thirds of their blood, so 250 leeches should do the trick if you’re short on the little suckers.

Can Mermaid Orion sing? (Can't really have a mermaid story without a singing mermaid:P). I can imagine Dee hearing Orion's singing for the first time, being entranced & thinking it's the most beautiful voice he's heard.

Most definitely :3 as way to get back at Prima Orion will sometimes sneak up to the oceans surface and lament about the surface he wants to explore

Dee would hear it and nearly fall off the boat trying to listen in XD
