Hannibal.

This makes me cry cause I’ve never actually seen/read any Hannibal stuff so I have no clue what I’m doing, but I’ll give it a shot! This is all based off what comes up on my dash.

What they smell like: Some really expensive French cologne and if you get really close, soap. (Ya know, to mask the bleach and blood scents)

How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): On his side

What music they enjoy: Classical and secretly techno

How much time they spend getting ready every morning: Half an hour or so

Their favorite thing to collect: Victims? And cooking knives.

Disney

(This one was very difficult for me! So many characters to choose from!)

1. First character I fell in love with? 

Hard question. I can’t remember back that far. Probably Ariel. She was one of my favorites as a kid and I felt like I could connect to her. I was curious about the world and hated rules I didn’t understand. 

2. Character I never expected to love as much as I do now?

Snow White. I did not like that movie when I was a kid. I only watched it because I loved the dwarves. But Snow White’s voice bugged me as did the fact that she ran deeper into the forest seemed stupid to me, the fact that she fell in love with her prince in a thirty second duet. To top it all, the witch scared the crap out of me.

Thanks to some amazing bloggers though, I’ve come to realize that Snow White actually was pretty strong. 16 years old, her life has been ripped out from under her feet and she’s forced to work as a maid in her own house but she stays cheerful and hopeful just like Cinderella did (one of my favorite things about her). Also, her voice is different because that was considered pretty back then and the culture has changed. As for running into the forest, yeah it wasn’t the smartest idea but it was still her best choice. 

I still don’t love her but I’ve come to like her a lot more.

3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t?

Mickey Mouse. don’t get me wrong, I like him. But I always preferred the Donald Duck or Goofy cartoons. He just seemed a little too perfect to me.

4. The character I love that everyone else hates?

Bagheera from The Jungle Book. I don’t think people really hate him so much as dislike him. My brothers never liked him because he was such a stuffed shirt but I liked his sense of responsibility ans the fact that he really cared for Mowgli. 

5. The character I used to love that I don’t love any longer?

Prince Eric. I had a huge crush on the guy as a kid, but now that I’m older he doesn’t have the same appeal. He just seems really thick headed now and I don’t like it. At least he followed his heart and choose Ariel. 

6. The character I would totally smooch?

Prince Phillip in a heartbeat. 

7. The character I want to be like?

Can I choose all the good Disney ladies? And Pumba? And Milo? And Quasimodo? And Paacha? And David from Lilo and Stitch? Pretty much, I’d love to have the good qualities that so many Disney characters seem to posses. Internal strength, the courage to do what’s right even when you’re scared, the ability to see the good in others, the ability to stay optimistic and have a good sense of humor even when life tries to drag you down, and of course a true love. 

8. The character I’d want to slap?

Prince John from Robin Hood. SUCH A CRY BABY. He really just needs a good slap to get him to wake up and grow up.

9. A pairing that I love?

Nani and David from Lilo and Stitch. I feel like this one speaks for itself. 

10. A pairing that I despise? 

Pocahontas and John Smith. I lived in Richmond, VA for a good seven years and the history lover in me could just never get over the fact that she would have actually been a a preteen/child and he was like a 50/60 yr old man.

DOCTOR WHO FOR THE TEN ANSWERS!

(Just to clarify, I haven’t seen any Classic Who much to my dismay)

1. First character I fell in love with? 

Nine/The Doctor. Nine was just so sassy and clever. I loved it. I only fell more in love with the Doctor as time went on. 

2. Character I never expected to love as much as I do now?

Martha. I did like Martha but it took me forever to really appreciate how strong and amazing she actually is. 

3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t?

I really like Amy, I do, but I don’t love her. She’s a great character and she was good for the Doctor, but I don’t love her really. 

4. The character I love that everyone else hates?

Donna! I see a lot of Donna hate but I love her. She was one of the Doctor’s best friends. She was insanely compassionate and even though she had low self-esteem she came to really love herself. Plus she had a great sense of humor. I think of her as a role model. I cried when she got separated from her perfect match in the Library and when her memories had to be erased. 

5. The character I used to love that I don’t love any longer? 

I don’t think I can apply this to anyone. The characters in this show are so well written I can usually understand why they make the choices they do even if it breaks my heart or makes me angry. 

6. The character I would totally smooch?

The Doctor in any of his three latest regenerations. Or Captain Jack Harkness. 

7. The character I want to be like?

Rory. He’s a great steady person and is quite smart! He can be sweet and he loves Amy so much. I want to have a love like that. 

8. The character I’d want to slap?

Hmmm. Mickey. When we first met him he was such a cry baby I just wanted to slap him and tell him to get it together. He really matured through out the series though so I wouldn’t want to slap him now. 

9. A pairing that I love?

The Eleventh Doctor and River Song. They do a great job balancing each other out.

10. A pairing that I despise? 

I don’t like the idea of the Ten and Captain Jack. I think Ten firmly belongs with Rose and that should not be messed with.

Sherlock

1. First character I fell in love with? 

I grew up reading the Conan Doyle series so when I first saw Benedict’s Sherlock I screamed out that he was perfect. I fell in love with him as soon as he used his riding crop.

2. Character I never expected to love as much as I do now?

It’s kind of a tie between Lestrade and Molly.

At first I didn’t pay too much attention to Lestrade but throughout the seires he proved time and time again that he really does care about Sherlock and wants the best for him.

Molly is just such a sweetie that I adore her. I was soooo proud when she stood up to Sherlock at the Christmas party. And when she was there for him at the end, it was so perfect!

3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t?

Um…I suppose people tend to like Moriarty more than I do. I only kind of love him.   

4. The character I love that everyone else hates?

I always did like Irene Adler. I don’t really know if people hate her or not but I suppose she isn’t as popular. 

5. The character I used to love that I don’t love any longer?

John’s psychiatrist? I don’t know! Um…nobody really I guess. 

6. The character I would totally smooch?

Lestrade in a heartbeat. He can be my silver fox any day. (Not that I would ever turn down Sherlock or John!)

7. The character I want to be like?

John. I want to be like him. He’s not that dumb or thick no matter what Sherlock says and he’s got a great heart. He notices the things of the heart, like Molly’s crush on Sherlock or how Sherlock was reacting to Irene’s first disappearance/apparent death or how Mrs. Hudson really cares about Sherlock. He’s steady and dependable and oh so very loyal.

8. The character I’d want to slap?

Sherlock actually. He is such a genius but he can be so thick headed sometimes and quite rude. He’s not very nice to Molly or Lestrade most of the time even though they care about him and sometimes he even pushes John away cause he thinks it’s for the best. I’d just like to slap him to get his attention then make him listen to how much these guys actually care about him.

Plus like Irene said, I would like to see if I could cut myself on his cheekbones ;)

9. A pairing that I love?

Johnlock. I think John is the perfect steady, dependable influence on Sherlock’s genius and unique personality. They are best friends and the best kind of relationships develop from a good friendship after all. 

10. A pairing that I despise? 

Lestrade with John or Sherlock. No thank you. I don’t think it would work at all. Lestrade isn’t steady enough for Sherlock, not patient and understanding enough. And he and John wouldn’t have enough of a spark or enough spontaneity for it to work.

Do you like sugar/sweet things? YES. I have the biggest sweet tooth ever. I’m actually eating cherries and chocolate right now and considering grabbing my sprite out of the fridge. 

If you could have any color hair what color would it be? I love my red hair but I think it'd be fun to have it be ebony or a deep violet/plum for a while.

My personality in 3 words or less? Passionate. Caring. Optimistic.

I learned what a vampire was from a Hey Arnold Halloween episode when we first got cable when I was little. I kept the blankets tight around my neck for like a month in fear.

I don’t remember that episode but I do remember being scared of things all the time as a kid. I watched this kid video at my grandma's house once about this puppet dragon thingy that had to go back to it's special tree once a year or it would die. I had nightmares about being separated from my own special rebirth tree thingy for years. Heck, sometimes the idea still scares me. Yay for over active imaginations!
