How did Lucario, Zoroark, and Flygon meet and decide to team up? Are they all from the same village?

“We’re all from the same queendom, the Mountains Monarchy. I’ve lived in the mountains for my whole life, but the other two came in from other areas.” 

“I was kind of near there, just between that and the kingdom’s forests.” 

“Yeah, I started in the deserts.” 

“Each of us were hired by the Queen to search the Empire.” 

“We got to know each other some before we came out here. Well, Flygon and I got to know each other a bit beforehand, but we met Lucario not long after.” 

“Yeah, and he even told us about…um…I, uh, I shouldn’t talk about it.” 

“Please don’t.”

“You know, the more that you mention it, the more I’m actually starting to see just how appealing he really is. For a big hunk of a dragon that doesn’t really talk ever and seems like he mindlessly zones out when he’s not fighting, he actually seems pretty attractive.” 

“Wait, really?!” 

“No.” 

“But you just...oh, sarcasm.”

Forget every other ship, when are Lucario and Garchomp hooking up?

“Forget everything. When I ram my head through a wall, will it render me unconscious enough to not deal with this question anymore?”

“On second thought, maybe I could ram your head through instead. We’ll see how long you last for.”

“I’m actually very proficient at multi-tasking. Hence the whole, you know, ‘magic warrior’ title they gave me. Sssoooooo, yeah, no, I’m going to enjoy watching the nervous one freak out about his not-boyfriend.”

Lucario, do you seriously not have a crush on anyone? No one at all? Does this have to do with your past? (I think you and Zoroark would make quite the couple.)

“So, all of the Garchomp fans are finally tired out, and now I’m to deal with the Zoroark fans that feel comfortable to rise up. Swell. 

Look, my past directs my focus. Might you believe that it is the reason that I have development issues with relationships? Sure! Does it play a part? Probably! Am I ready to go over that? No! 

It does not, however, hold absolute bearing on my emotional, romantic, and alternative attractions and investments into potential significant others. I have some attachments to...friends of mine. Zoroark isn’t that for me, though. 

I’m sure we look atheistically pleasing together. Perhaps you’re projecting some kind of attachment you hold for us from elsewhere. But we’re not close like that. It’s unlikely that we will be, and as problematic as their relationship currently is, Zoroark is still in a relationship with Flygon. I want absolutely no part in that. 

You’ll meet, or rather become familiar with, who I’m actually closer with...in time. But even then, I...have other matters to sort out for myself. 

Most pressingly, the queen has lied to me, or hasn’t disclosed the full truth, and that resulted in a war that escalated far beyond my control. And I will not rest until I understand why.”

“Oh? First I’ve heard of it! That true, boss? You love this ravishing mane? The dark fur offset by the piercing blue eyes? Why, I think we may have some similar coloring and body types about us! Perhaps we’re the ideal match after all...!” 

“How could you?! Are you just trying to get back at me for Garchomp?” 

“...Ok, so, I want exactly zero part in this or Zoroark. Thanks.”
