ASK ME ANYTHING--Within Reason: Okay, just not about Lee Pace.
I had the “first” Q&A on July 22 (it was a rush job, I’ll admit because it was the one year anniversary of finishing the first 360 pages @tkwrtrilogy before I added the next 137 pages @tkwrtrilogy2 of Book II: The Saga of Thranduil (July 14).
I couldn’t do it on the actual date--it would have been disrespectful to the memory of the those lost on July 14th in France on the exact same day. It was a slow day, but by no means uneventful. I did get to talk about The Kingdom of the Woodland Realm Trilogy with a fellow author @kayelleallen.
Also, it was Comic-Con weekend and people were watching from everywhere--I know, so was I (hence the slow day on my part)..

Who wouldn’t be distracted with Thranduil riding back into the SDCC 2017 majestically?
When I got a message from a reader (and tons of calls from my dad that I finally saw today after three agonizing months apart) with a “😟” face after being excited to want to talk to me, what could I do? I gave her four hours--two days at 12pm-2pm. Then I had to make sure the times were right--I have lots of readers outside of the US time zones (this one in the Caribbean), so with a little help @fortunatelyclevercandy, thank you, I posted as many as I could--I have someone from Ecuador reading, too.
Don’t MIX US UP: I’m doing this in 2017. Lee did this a long time ago (on Twitter--I’m on Facebook.) Besides, it’s August when I do mine. That was so December. I’m a girl, he’s a boy. He’s tall, I’m short. He was in a movie, I wrote a book. (I get that a lot so I’m just spelling it out...and no, I don’t know if Mr. Pace is aware of TKWR Trilogy--and not from lack of trying by eager readers:

Either way, aside from tons of questions thrown at me over this Trilogy, starting two other blogs: @eeveningpostcomics and @thegnotesots (July 29 & Aug 5, respectively), finding time to write has been difficult. Add my father learning how to send text messages (oh, boy 🙄) things are getting a bit crowded. I’m still on schedule, if not ahead of it, but it’s getting tighter now. This probably will be the last opportunity to get to me before the next one--which will happen after I finish Book I: The Epic of Eryn Galen @tkwrtrilogy3 and begin work on the last book of the Trilogy, Book III: The Last Tale of Legolas Lasgalen @trenarnolegolaslasgalen (which also has an extended version: @tkwrtrilogylasttale).
I estimate at least 34 more months of The Kingdom of the Woodland Realm Trilogy before everything is said and done.
I am looking forward to it. I’m having a blast and my last review was awesome--my Dad liked what I got to read to him today.--J.
