I feel bad asking a question when I have so much to answer as is.....but....if Rory had been captured along with Hayden and Hayden had made him choose Callum's punishment, what would Rory have chosen?

Well, this would depend on what Rory's been made to take as a punishment too. In my mind, as soon as I read this ask, I thought that probably Rory wouldn't have been punished the way that Callum was. I imagine he was made to watch or listen instead.
So if that's the case then he'd ask for Callum to have a black day, because he'd think that it was the least painful. And physically he's right. But Callum dreads black days because it means these he's fully encapsulated in the unknown, and it tears him apart being like that.
If, however, Rory had been punished too, he'd pick a red day. Because he knows that it probably heals the fastest. And he knows that Callum can go and find his teddy and use it for comfort, for softness. And he'd pick anything that has the potential to allow some sort of comfort.
