☺ : Best childhood memory?
“I think my best childhood memory was when Reese was born, not that I don’t love Lily and Lucy any less, but it was weird only having sisters and dealing with their hair being everywhere and all these dresses. I mean they were beautiful and cute little girls, but Reese stole my heart the moment I laid eyes upon him. There is nothing like the love that I have for my siblings, but he’s always been my baby brother and that’s something I’ll always hold near and dear to my heart.”
☼ : What were you like as a child?
“I think I was like a typical British kid growing up. Mum made me play football a lot and considering my biological father was a famous football player, I wanted to be like him. I mean despite the fact that he was an arse and left my mum when she was pregnant. I idolized David Beckham like every child did and he’s still probably one of my favorite human beings ever. I loved to play outside and I enjoyed that we lived in London because it always meant a new adventure every day. I didn’t really have a normal childhood like most children considering my mother was a famous model turned socialite so I had to deal with a lot of paparazzi. I kind of learned that I really am not fan of cameras and prefer to live a private life. My childhood was amazing since I grew up with three younger siblings so I never really had the chance to be an only child. I have no complaints about the childhood I live. I’m really grateful that my true father came into my life and taught me how to treat others.”
✉ : Did you have a lot of friends?
“I had a lot of friends in my little neighbourhood, yes, but I guess I always was shy when it came to making friends. It was hard considering my mum was always in the public eye whether children were my friend because of who I was or because of who my mum was. I was always a paranoid child, so most of my friends were from my siblings, but I did have some schoolmates.”
∞ : Do any of your childhood friends still know you?
“I hope you mean to ask if I still have my childhood friends and the answer is maybe one or two. I never really kept touch the older I got and after everything with Elizabeth and having to take care of Hope Elizabeth, I kind of kept to myself and became more reclusive.”
