if we want to talk about jealousy i want to bring up the time that i was telling phil about the plays i was in as a kid and when i brought up the fact i did a stage kiss one time, his face heated up and pressed his lips together and didn’t speak for about ten seconds and then finally proceeded to ask in the smallest voice i’d ever heard “did you like it?” then i had to reassure him that the stage kiss i had when i was seven years old in no way compares to his kisses now

Can I just talk about Dan’s hair for a moment, like it honestly feels amazing when at its curliest and fluffiest because it’s just so soft and accommodating and so typically Dan, we all know that for so many years he straightened it to within an inch of its life and while I supported him and this decision because it’s his hair and I would never want to pressure him to appear or not appear in any way that could make him feel uncomfortable, as you can probably imagine I always doted on it when it got wet and destraightified (or as one could say curled, well done Phil) which thankfully was fairly often, but nowadays because he doesn’t straighten it at all it gets to breathe and now it’s permanently full-scale curly and floofy rather than just one little curl poking out and I know for fact that no other person on this planet enjoys that fact more than I do

I know Dan wants me to make a joke about how my “elderly” bones are failing me but I still have some dignity as much as he doesn’t want you to believe it

It only just occured to me that Dan spent, like, our actual. own. money. on that monstrosity of a delicacy the other day and idk whether to demand a refund for the message displayed or give the baker extra for the quality of the cake itself (and as an apology)

Can one of you fuckers tell wholesome story please?

Not really a story but right now Dan is pinning me to the sofa via his head resting in my lap and he’s half asleep from me playing with his hair and he keeps letting out soft little puffs of hair and I just wanna cuddle him to death right now but that would wake him up and count as murder and I’d miss him too much so I’m silently suffering in the best way possible here at how soft and relaxed he is

i have to say one of my favourite memories i’ve had with the lester family is when we’d been together for about two years and phil’s great grandma asked so innocently “so have you two... done the do yet?” and phil choked on a biscuit and martyn burst out laughing which made me burst out laughing and phil’s mum dropped the tray of snacks she was bringing out of shock and everything fell to pot but it was one of the funniest memories i have to date
