What are the kids' favorite activities while at school? 👀♥️

We loved these questions and since they sort of go together, here we go!!

The kids all play together just about how you’d expect—sometimes interpersonal relationships are more challenging (looking at you, Charles and Thomas and Edwin and Crystal) but overall everyone tries their best (and Miss Nurse helps them get along, too, if they can’t.)

Niko loves artistic activities. Crystal is her muse and she loves designing costumes for herself and Crystal to wear around the classroom.

Crystal loves hand gesture songs like the “Rock, Scissors, Paper!” Song.

Charles is a kinaesthetic learner and loves movement-related activities. He loves “ritomikku” (movement play) because he can stretch and get out his energy while learning new things!

Edwin loves riddles and he’s become obsessed with cat’s cradle. Miss Nurse is helping him learn on rainy days when they’re stuck indoors. Thomas wishes he could play this (he loves the idea of baby Meatball rocking in a cradle!) but he’s not patient enough quite yet.

Instead, Thomas loves hide and seek, tag, and red light green light. He loves winning!! But he doesn’t (usually) have a tantrum if he loses.

Monty loves games where he can pretend to be a crow. Also, he loves when Miss Nurse hides treasures in the sandbox for him! Shiny! (Pay no attention to the treasures buried by Meatball.)

I'm a little late in saying it since he's no longer wearing them but Merlin in overalls/dungarees is the CUTEST. Was he wearing them under the hoodie? Does that mean Arthur got said hoodie in the end?? I noticed he suddenly had a jacket tied around his waist after cooing over the overalls 😂 I love them both dearly ok I'm Losing It over this most recent update djsbfjsnfjsnfj the way you draw Killy and Snake Crowley has me in awe, like big reptiles on top of your amazing skills with people???? Amazing, 11/10

The overalls are a different outfit (probably my fave for Merlin), and everyone's wardrobe changes were improvised when I realized how much fun treating them like my personal paper dolls is lol

14. “I’ve been hit with Cupid’s arrow.” + 16. “Why? Because I’m in love with you, that’s why!”

"Augh! Bollocks!" Charles hisses, plucking the toothpick-sized arrow from his forearm. "Stings, don't it?"

"Well if you would hide behind the pillar!" Edwin hisses from his spot.

Charles blocks his face with his arms, trampling through the miniature of archers. He yelps twice before slamming his back into the pillar beside Edwin. His chest heaves in huge breaths and he winces as he holds his pin cushioned arm. "Edwin, mate, I don't think I like this case so much."

"That was entirely avoidable," Edwin deadpans.

His breath catches as Charles settles next to him. "Look at this," Charles laughs, showing off the tiny arrow he pulls from his arm with a heart-shaped head. "I've been hit with Cupid's arrow, haven't I?"

"Why would you think that?" Edwin rolls his eyes, but blushes as Charles pushes the two of them around the pillar, away from the angry miniature archers.

"Why?" Charles laughs as he cocks his head to the side. "Because I'm in love with you, that's why." He makes it sound like it's obvious.

"No, you are not."

Charles wraps his hand around Edwin's wrist and gives him a brief wide-eyed look. "Sure I am. Why else would Cupid hit me?"

Psssst here is a reminder that Over the Garden Wall is a v excellent very spooky good for Halloween season show to watch, and that it's actually about movie length when you add the episode runtimes together, so if you wanted to binge it all for the spooky season you totally could 👀 OOOOOooooooOOOOOOO spooky reminder finished I also totally get if you just Can't Do New Media rn because I also have been there done that fjsbdksnfksjf

Geralt glares at the three of them, then marches towards them with purpose. The lute wasn’t worth Jaskier’s life, and internally, Geralt’s glad he’d gotten away without it. Broken lutes were much easier to fix or replace than broken bones.

“Hand over the lute.”

The command and his posture brooks no argument, and leaves no room for an explanation. Jaskier rarely did any actual harm, never did something the other party involved didn’t consent to. So, as far as Geralt was concerned, if these men were angry, they should take it up whoever Jaskier had gotten involved with.

“So- You’ve got a Witcher, do ya’, bard? Or’s it the other way around? I’m sure that makes you a pair of damn proper bastards either way.” Despite the bite and venom in the mans tone, there’s still a clear edge of fear that seeps into all three of them—the shorter of them that’s closer to Jaskier’s height has the sense to back off as soon as the Witcher stalks forward and before he’s even spoken, mumbling a string of curses under his breath.

“Little bit of both, if you’d believe it,” Jaskier croons. Said bard in question keeps on Geralt’s heels, with a grin that’s fueled by the bubbling confidence and cockyness in his chest with someone a little more...gruff standing between them, but his words fuel a fire that seemed as though it was dying.

The man holding the lute huffs, with a glance between the Witcher and the instrument in hand, before settling on the bard again, “I’ll teach you a little something about respecting property, boy,” He spits, throwing Filivandrel’s lute to the ground, heavy heel coming down on its neck before Jaskier can even think of wincing. But, as soon as he hears it splinter, his heart wrenches, and he wilts, if only for a moment.

Jaskier grips Geralt’s arm tightly before letting go entirely, fury determined strides and a breathed “Stop me, I’m gonna kill him,” with white knuckled fists moving from his sides to lurch for the man’s throat.
