13. Do you prefer to keep your art personal, or do you like drawing things for other people?

(( I do like drawing things for other people!! Probably more than I should, I try to take commissions but I end up drawing a lot of stuff for free for people haha oops. ‘v ’;;; I just find that requests are really nice for warm up doodles for me since people will ask for stuff I wouldn’t usually draw so it’s nice! ))

16. Do you draw more today than you did in the past, or do you draw less?

(( Hmm, while I don’t think I draw quite as much as I did when I was much younger, I definitely do more than I have in the past few years!! Depression hit me super hard so last year was super dry for art... But this year I feel like I’ve been super productive and improved a lot and there’s only further to go!! I have much more motivation for drawing these days than last year so yeah! I think so. ‘v ‘ ))

☀ - An entry about when my muse was happy. { For Claire! }

dearest diary,

Today was simply exemplary! Why? Well, Today I managed to have Tuna and the penguin patrol form a truce! (Of sorts) They got along all day! It started when I told Tuna I was having him visit me and ohhh, she was LIVID! Calling me a ‘traitor’ and such. Like every time he comes over. I mean, I understand why she may not like him when he arrest her and all, but thats only because he’s doing his job! He is a very nice man when off duty. So, as I was saying, when he arrived, Tuna went to jump out the window. But, instead of letting her smash through my glass window like normal, Instead I stopped her and invited her to join us for tea. (Granted I myself wasn’t having tea, but its always gracious and polite to have alternate options for guests available when they are visiting.) She looked at me suspiciously for a few minutes, and she suspiciously sat down and just glared at the poor penguin. eventually, I got tired of the awkwardness, so I brought up a topic I knew neither of them couldn’t resist talking about: 

Law enforcement. 

Needless to say, their argument went on for quite some time, and Tuna was very grumpy afterwards. But I’ve known Tuna for a long time, and I know that anyone who can make Tuna get that angry in an argument is special. I think they’re on the road to becoming good friends. And that makes me happy beyond belief.
