What was your last foraging session and what did you find? :D :D

Today, actually! I went to my spot to forage some wild raspberries and wild strawberries and when I turned around I run into some lovely wood sorrel which goes great in salads!

I also picked some oxeye daisy for skincare products (i usually make my own lip balm, sometimes lotions and sunscreen and also tinctures!) Also btw oxeye daisy is edible^^ just as small daisies are! They are nice in salads as well or you can pickle the unopened flowers, they are similar to capers.

I have also visited my spot for my favourite sweet cherry tree that gives fruit early every year, lovely sweet massive cherries!

Oh I also got some mugwort to dry out for tea to help enjoy dreams more and to bring some calm!

I am not telling you this to hurt you but it is a huge red flag they didn't talk to you in two month and probably just find someone else and moved on. You should move on too.

I never said they didn't talk to me? We do talk, reguraly and they have every right to play with others if that is helping them to take care of themselves? This is a really weird and twisted way to looking at things. I am not in a relationship with these people. No one is entitled to their time and energy just like no one is entitled to mine. Like I am so confused about these messages, all I said is two month feels like two years and it got blown out of proportions and twisted into something entirely different. I will not answer to further comments about this^^

Describe it slowly and completely… every step.

That's the interesting thing. I don't think you would erase anything first. I think that's what people get wrong about brainwashing. They imagine something being ripped out of a mind and replaced overnight.

If it happened to me, it would be much quieter than that. You would start with the things I already believe. The things I already want, the things I already find comforting. You would water certain thoughts and neglect others. Give some ideas sunlight and leave other ones in the dark and nothing would disappear all at once. I would simply find myself returning to the same conclusions more often, thinking the same thoughts more easily and feeling the same desires more deeply.

At first I would call them preferences, then habits, then later on we would call them instincts until eventually I would stop questioning them altogether. Not because they were forced on me but because they would feel so natural that I would struggle to remember a time before them.
