Halooo! I recently read that Albert arranged marriage, can I request a scenario of them with their first kiss/date or whatever progress their relationship had? :333 thank you sooo muchh!

Hello, Roxana! So I see you request first kiss/date. However, may I offer first murder/familial bonding? I've always been one for the slow burn, after all. :P

This one has about 940 words, and I do hope you enjoy it!

Albert carefully tucked a blanket around his younger brothers, both sound asleep on the other side of the train compartment. William had barely made it onto the train before falling into a dead sleep–Louis had reassured Albert and Y/N that this was normal when William overworked his mind on a plan. Still, he was pleased to see both of them getting rest after all the work they both put in to this particular crime. Lord Albert Moriarty and his two younger brothers, along with his fiancée, had requested to go to the seaside for a few days, citing the doctor’s recommendation for Louis’s health. Y/N’s parents had agreed, their pleasure with Albert’s sudden interest in their daughter making them ignorant of any suspicions.

Even as their train pulled out of the station, William’s plan was already set in motion by Amelia’s elderly father, whose failing liver from years of drinking had left his days numbered. The front page of every newspaper in London tomorrow would read of the horrible robbery-turned-murder committed by a drunkard desperate for money with nothing left to lose.

After making sure that both of his brothers were comfortable, Albert settled down on the seat next to Y/N. One glance at her hands, which had fistfuls of her skirt in a white-knuckled grip, confirmed his worries about her and the emotional burden joining his world would cause. He placed one of his larger hands over hers and felt her relax slightly. “Does it get easier?”

The oldest Moriarty brother considered the question. “Which part? The murder, or the loneliness.”

“Both, I suppose.” That made him grimace. “It does, from my experience. Once you have nothing left to lose, it’s easier to dedicate yourself to the task at hand.”

“I have you, don’t I?” The innocence of the question caused him to squeeze her hand slightly. “Of course, Y/N. You have me, William, and Louis.”

They sat in silence as the countryside passed outside the window, afternoon light giving way to darkness as it gets closer to evening. Finally, William woke up, red eyes blinking blearily as they adjusted to the dim light of the compartment. “How long?”

“Only a few hours. Louis seemed to need the rest too, so I thought I’d wait for both of you to wake up before we went to the dining car.” Albert’s words were what made William aware of his younger brother, still sound asleep with his head against William’s shoulder. The blond boy lowered his voice to just above a whisper, “I’d hate to wake him–he stayed up yesterday in order to set up Joseph’s entrance into the house. You two should go dine, I’ll stay and keep an eye on him. Just bring us back something, alright?”

Albert nodded, standing up as quietly as he could before offering his arm to Y/N. Once the two had exited the compartment, she looked at him with a worried expression. “Are you certain we shouldn’t wait for them? William didn’t eat much at dinner yesterday, and I know that most of what disappeared from his plate was smuggled to Louis. We should make sure they’re eating enough.”

The warmth that he felt in his chest at Y/N’s concern for his younger brothers was a pleasant surprise to Albert, and he patted her hand that was resting in the crook of his arm reassuringly. “I’m sure we can bring enough back to tide them over until morning. By then, we’ll have arrived in Brighton and can make sure they both get a hearty breakfast.”

He could feel her relax at his words, worries properly mollified. “That will have to do, I suppose. Do you know what either of them particularly enjoy when it comes to food?”

“Unfortunately, no. William is still working through the worries of food insecurity, giving him a tendency to eat anything put in front of him without any discretion, and Louis is the same. The only time they don’t eat something is when they’re saving it for the other.” He remembered the first time William had been allowed to eat at the table as a noble, watching him inhale any portion of the meal that would be too difficult to take away before sneaking everything else into his napkin to take to Louis. He also remembered how his heart had ached when he saw that Louis had done the same for William, tucking away whatever stale bread had been given to him for his brother. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Y/N’s expression tighten, becoming one of anger. “How could anyone do that to a child, or any human being, for that matter? Even the cat that my family kept in the stable was treated better than that!”

She picked up her pace slightly, dragging him after her. “Come on, Albert, we must get there while the crowd is still thick. It’ll be easier to sneak things out without arousing suspicion with that much distraction, and I intend to order as many breads and pastries as they allow. I’ve never met a child who didn’t enjoy a nice dessert. If we’re lucky, they might be serving pasties, so Lou and Will can have something of substance to eat.”

As his betrothed continued to talk about the best ways of getting the food out and exactly how much she wanted to make sure they had for the boys before they left, Albert simply stared at her, an almost dopey grin spreading across his features. Truly, Y/N was going to be the one thing his parents had ever done right.

“Your hair is so pretty, Pyrrha.” Nora spoke softly, twirling the silken red locks in her fingers, braiding it one night after they’d had dinner and returned to their dormitory room. It was a Friday so they had no classes the next day and could stay up a bit, and it was far past the usual time they’d all go to sleep normally. However only the feminine half of JNPR was still awake; sparring had exhausted Jaune to the point where he hadn’t even changed into his pajamas and Ren rarely stayed up past his bedtime anyway.

“Yours is too, you know.” Pyrrha returned the compliment sweetly, as her hair was completely braided. They turned and Pyrrha ran her own fingers gingerly through Nora’s shorter, more orange hair, thicker than her own. Nora hummed softly, allowing her scalp to be massaged by her girlfriend in the quiet, dimmed lighted dormitory room. Eventually she leaned back against Pyrrha and was enveloped into a hug from behind, the taller girl’s strong arms around her waist.

“What do you want to do tomorrow?” Nora murmured, her eyelids growing heavy; she wasn’t trying to fall asleep on top of Pyrrha but sleep was slowly creeping up on her.

“Whatever you want.” Pyrrha replied softly, running her hands through Nora’s hair.

“I don’t care as long as I’m with you, Pyrrie.” Nora piped with a smile.

“You’re so sweet.” Pyrrha sighed with a smile.
