The raggedy tom cat had certainly changed in the time he was gone, strutting through the isles with every crooked money-making scheme he could come up with. From pick-pocketing to straight-up shady alleyway mugging, he was starting to get.. well, bored. He needed something new, something fun, and catching an old but familiar face in the midst, he might have just found that something.
Sliding a coin out of his pocket and listening as it hit the ground with a loud clink, he leaned over with as many theatrics needed to get the pink flower’s attention before standing back up with the coin in his claws. “’scuse me, miss. I believe ya dropped somethin’.” Before she even had time to protest, he would place the coin in her hand and close it, patting it just to be safe before smiling gently up at her. “Evenin’, by the by. Y’know, actually, I don’t think I ever gave ya my name all’a those years ago. Th’ name’s Tommy, Tommy Felici.”
