Why do you still eat camp resources if you only eat blood. I should at least get a discount

"Ahahaha! Oh darling, don't be silly. Of course I still eat food. It's not as though I'm a full vampire, after all. It's not like I can subsist entirely on blood."

Astarion glances around, over his shoulder and behind any obstacles. Making sure no one is around. When he's sure it's quiet, he leans in close and whispers -

"Would you keep it down!? If Tav finds out I don't eat food they'll waste even more time doing absolutely nothing between rests at night just waiting for someone to say something to them. Gods know what's going on in that head. Saying I'm eating the camp supplies is all I can do to make them think we're running out so they'll actually go out and do something in the daytime. Wyll's been hiding my share in his travelling chest as emergency rations for the next time Tav gets us lost and out of food in a wilderness somewhere."

Are you aware of any tales of great magical artefacts...ones that could, for example, give someone the ability to cast the spell "Clone"?

Volo thinks, lightly scratching at his beard. “Hm. I believe I once heard of a tale about a necklace deep in the mountains that could give someone the ability to cast such a spell.. or at least one similar to it.” Volo then claps his hands together once. “Why do you ask my good, friend?”

Hardly the wisest choice by our companion... Yet Lae'zel always seems to be out on all of the adventures.

How does one...persuade Tav of one's skills? Even if they should be perfect evident to even the untrained eye...

Oh, what's wrong Gale? Feeling left out? And how charming that you should come to me for advice on the matter. Listen, it's not your fault that Tav's been preoccupied. Some people just have tastes that are a little more... extraterrestrial.

I have enjoyed answering all your asks and less enjoyed deleting all the really nasty porn ones (you would be surprised where some people's minds go to but they are at least funny)

As a reminder, I try to go from oldest ask for newest but sometimes my ADHD goes brrr and I will answer one that just really catches my mind. Rest assured, I will get to all of them. Eventually.

Just to let you know, Astarion...I may have had a ...minor issue with a multidimensional spell earlier.

You see, I was attempting to source an alternate dimension where we were successful in our endeavour to remove the little upstairs visitors.

A rather fantastic idea, don't you think? Simply purloin the mind of a Gale that has solved this whole issue.

The issue in question...

When I went to...access... The alternate mind in order to nab the information in question...

It seemed to have extraordinary magic, past even my capabilities...!

Now, I do not think it possible for someone's mind (even my own!) to enter through my dimensional portal but...

Well. Perhaps keep an eye out, hm?

Gale! Are you kidding me?! Some weirdo wearing your face already came up to me and said he knew a better Astarion! Honestly, for someone who claims to be so smart this seems like a pretty big mistake!

No! I don't think this was a 'rather fantastic idea', Gale! I'd say your double could help us if he didn't seem like a bit of a douchebag, no offence.

But... Perhaps if we could make our way into that dimension and take it's secrets of power back to this one. Well, we could make the mind flayers beg for forgiveness, don't you think? Maybe there is a way to fix your mistake.
