"Happy birthday Honoka-chan!" Nozomi tackles the girl and hugs her really tightly. She hands her a box all wrapped up in pretty paper. Inside was a scrap book with all the photo's she had taken of everyone in the group and on the last page it said 'You made all this happen. We couldn't do it without you. We love you Honoka. (but I love you most just saying)'. "I hope you like it. I spent a lot of time making it special for you~"

    Honoka really did feel grateful. She embraced Nozomi in return, widening her eyes in awe at the wrapping paper on the gift alone. Just from its presentation, she could tell there was a lot of thought put behind it. She quickly (at least it felt like it was fast) took off the paper and began flipping through the contents of the book. She couldn’t help but giggle and smile as she looked back at the pictures– It was nostalgic. 

    What really made it all the more special was the note written on the final page. She stared at its words for a few moments in silence, bringing the book closer to her chest and hugging it tightly. “Nozomi-chan.. Thank you. I love it. Ehehe, I really do feel lucky. I’m so glad to have this– You’re the best!”

"Happy Birthday, Honoka. I tried to get you something that would be meaningful, but..." She passed her a gift that was carefully wrapped. Inside was a framed picture of µ’s together. "I thought that you would appreciate these memories more than anything, knowing you. I hope it wasn't too sentimental a gift."

    She really did love µ’s. No matter what, she’d always cherish getting to spend time with her nine closest friends. As she took the gift into her hands, Honoka couldn’t help but rush to see what was inside. When she did, she couldn’t help but feel overjoyed with emotions. She sure was crying a lot on her birthday (all of happiness, of course), but she wouldn’t have it any other way. “Umi-chan.. This is perfect! I’ll make sure to cherish this forever and ever.. Uu, I love you!”

"Honoka-chan!" She said while running to the other quickly while carrying a bag filled to the brim with tissue paper. "Happy Birthday!" Inside of the bag was an orange music speaker along with a necklace that said μ's on it in gold writing!

    As much as Honoka loved her birthday, she wasn’t expecting much in these circumstances. To be frank, seeing her friends was enough. Hanayo’s usual cheerful demeanor always put a smile on her face-- As their group leader opened her gift, she couldn’t help but let tears of happiness fall from from her face. She used the back of her free hand to wipe them away, soon putting on the treasured necklace and clutching it towards her chest. “Hanayo-chan.. Thank you! This..-- This is more than I could ever ask for.”

✘ Any unpopular opinions about your muse?

That she shouldn’t be dismissed just because of her mistakes! Everyone is prone to errors and she’s not an exception. Nobody’s perfect but Honoka definitely grew a lot and I think people tend to overlook her character a lot.

☯ Is your muse liked or disliked by fandom? Does this affect your portrayal?

From seeing fandom posts in general, Honoka isn’t the most-liked character. A lot of people think she’s inconsiderate and I’ve seen others mention how they think she holds her friends back in the anime. I could talk forever about how she only has good intentions for everyone! I guess it affects my portrayal because when people read my posts, I want them to see how wonderful she is!

♢ What's your opinion on different interpretations of your muse?

I’ve only seen a few, but I think they’re nice! I haven’t seen a ton of people roleplaying her in general but the ones I have are lovely. That’s a tough one, really! Despite what character I’m rping, it’s interesting to see other takes on them!~

❀ Share a headcanon you have not shared.

Despite Honoka procrastinating schoolwork a lot, she enjoys spending time with her friends when they help her catch up with it even if she doesn’t always say so! She’s prone to pushing things off if she finds them boring and she tends to get scolded for it, but she typically thinks about one thing at a time and keeps that in her mind so she can focus solely on that.

✦ Has your own interpretation changed from when you first began playing the character?

I’d say so! I usually try to research a character before roleplaying them, but I find most of my changes/developments happen when I dive right into rping itself. Having Honoka in Hive City has also brought alterations to a certain extent, but I think the changes help her grow more than anything! I’ve always written her as an optimistic character and I still do, but her train of thought has definitely developed!

    She hadn’t been ice-skating in quite some time, but Honoka’senthusiasm towards their outing nearly glistened in her eyes. She promptly saton a bench near the ice arena, leaning down in order to put on the ice skates.Even if she ended up falling a few times, it wouldn’t bother her so long asthey were having fun.

    “I’m so excited! Ice-skating is perfect for the Winter time,don’t you think? I’m surprised I didn’t try doing it sooner.”
