A drakloak drifts next to paladin, “you mentioned shifts, I was uh curious about who sets these up? Do you and your partner work for a bigger group or do you pick them yourselves?” The dreepy on his head wiggles in excitement before yelling out her own question, “what kinda stuff are you looking for?! Is it bad guys? I know some bad guys for you to beat up!”

“I’ll gladly help you with those Bad Guys little one, provided they are causing trouble for other Pokemon such as yourself.”

Paladin seems unbothered by the large dragon’s presence.

“It’s like...it’s like...” She murmured, clutching the Ring Target a bit tighter. “It’s so weird, it’s like-”

She was so distracted, she almost didn’t notice she was being spoken to. She let out a small gasp when she did, and a few moments later registered the question. And when she did, her frown turned just a tad more confused. “Um...”

All eyes went to the ground...except one, again. It wasn’t even a conscious thing, her focus was just...split. “I...don’t know my way around. All I know was the berry patch I was at earlier...and it was Candle who brought me there after I woke up on a random tree branch and wandered a bit. He...he was the one who would’ve known anything about the layout of this place, and...even he had only ever lived in here. You’d probably know more than I do, I don’t even remember...how I...got here.”

Her frown turned sour. “Why can’t I focus.........?!” She grumbled quietly, perplexed and annoyed now.

Woah! It seems both Peep AND Nifit are susceptible to the curse! Interesting! Will it claim something from the pair, or will they get off easy, I wonder?

Peep@ Ah Muzen Cab: The tiny dreepy flys up to the hybrid with a brave face, “Killing people is mean you know. And what if they come back as ghosts? You can’t kill them again cause they’re already dead right? Can you be a double ghost?”

(Ah Muzen Cab’s POV) 

Here I sit in my newly found city that now belongs to me. I’m ordering my soldiers around trying to find the survivors who got away from me. That is until my focus was broken. Broken by a small dreepy. I turn my attention to them and begin to hover off the ground. I laugh hearing the questions. “In your eyes, it may be as you say mean. But to me, it's just like second nature. Just something I have to do to get what I want. Now to answer that last part...would you like to find out?”
