OS: Sunlight
Julie sat on the bleachers, looking over a script she’d borrowed from the library and enjoying the summer sun. Others were out on the field, on the track, sitting on the bleachers enjoying themselves as well. The background noise of friendly races, athletes playing on the field, and conversations happening set the tone that Julie preferred when reading. Julie mused over the stage directions and dialogue until a shadow passed over the book.
Without looking up, she asked, “Could you scoot over a little please? You’re blocking my light.” When the shadow didn’t move immediately, she closed the book and looked up, squinting in the sun to see who interrupted her reading.
OS: Isle Blues
Charna wasn’t quite sure why she’d chosen this exact moment to rant. Then again, she supposed that she always got a bit touchy whenever Auradon Prep announed an event like this. Not that she could think of a single other Isle student who didn’t do the same.
“What’s the point of ‘dances’ anyway? You can dance in your own damn time - no three-hundred gold dress required.”

A coincidence.
He doesn’t know how else to describe this. Is there something in the air? Unusual weather conditions? Has he been dragging his feet around too much?
Where is all this static coming from?
These accidental shocks have been occuring at an alarmingly high rate. People who hadn’t even brushed against him and had just been within close enough range have received these tiny zaps.
Should I get this checked out?, he wonders, lost in thought and not quite paying attention to the path in front of him. Naturally, he ends up bumping into someone. Again—the electrical discharge escapes him, inevitably zapping the other person.
“S-so sorry!”
OS: Sketchy
Norman had wanted to get out and get inspiration for his portfolio for some time now, and today was a perfect day. Overcast, not too hot, and people were out and about, making it much easier for him to people watch. His pencil scribbled in his notebook, making adjustments here, adding a note there. He would look up from time to time, seeing if anyone or anything caught his eye, and then continue with his work.
He examined one complete outfit and nodded to himself, deciding that it was finally complete. He looked up again, and did a double take. Someone was walking towards him, so he shut his sketchbook and focused on the new arrival to his comfortable place under a tree, “Well hello there, are you enjoying the lovely weather as well?”
“Pride?” Eniola looked at the flyer promoting the event with interest and confusion, not really speaking to anyone in particular she continued speaking,“Well, no doubt father will despise the use of the word. What would this be for, anyway? Anyone here who is out is commiting suicide-by-parent.”
OS: Another Spring
It had been a while since he’d been in these halls, and although Passover wasn’t over, he couldn’t help but want to spend some of it back with his old pals. Something about the spring air felt nostalgic, taking a deep breath as he strolled along the winding hall.
Although some time away definitely did leave him Auradon-sick, Ferris felt better than he had before, almost as if coming back to Litwak’s reset him just right. He felt energized anew, ready to get back to his old antics, and maybe even meet the new students who had enrolled in his absence. Nothing says Springtime like a fresh start, and the smell of familiar cherry blossoms blooming in the morning.
Roaming around for a few moments, he found himself in forgotten territory, trying to re-familiarize himself with the hallway he was in. A month away definitely had its little drawbacks now didn’t it?
OS: Gate Crashing
“We all know that the barrier’s getting weaker, right? I say we use that to our advantage. Give the Boreadonians a scare, y’know? I mean, if they’re allowed to have fun at their little dance, then why can’t we?”
