Two of my Goblin Bros are varnished, and I'm waiting to see which one I prefer. The leftmost is Gloss Varnished, the middle is Satin Varnished. We'll see! Meanwhile, I have an altar to work on.

She's getting some sweet detail now!
Glossed up the final Goblin Bro and my altar! I like the Gloss more than the Satin. Has a better texture and shine to it (who woulda thought?). Bed for me now. I'm loving this hobby. I'm only disappointed in myself, and not a company (Wizards *cough cough*), for screwing stuff up. I really wish I could get back into Magic but I'm finding it super hard to be interested again. Oh well, enough ranting. Painting is fun!
I posted the same photo to Twitter and immediately got a like from Matt Mercer. I'm dying of happiness!
I've started painting miniatures! I needed a hobby and I really don't think I'll get back into RPing any time soon, so I took to minis! I love Pathfinder/D&D and I spend both my free time and work time in front of a monitor, so this seemed like a way to decompress. These little goblin folk have a base green on them and then a nice brown for their leather armor. Just gotta do weapons, eyes and mouths, highlights, and shading! I'll be posting progress pics throughout whenever I paint a mini.
Dinosaur! Starting my triceratops!
Here's the altar! Went for a green, blue, black evil lich vibe. Some of the more sensitive, dextrous work is still coming to me, but so far so good! I have the skulls and candles to paint, and the bases to dry brush. Then the varnish!
Base paints done! The leftmost one has shading on it. Seeing how I like this shading before I shade the others.
