Aspietests.org also has several other tests commonly used in autism assessment, such as the autism quotient (AQ) and the empathy quotient (EQ).
The description states that it’s designed to be answered in a clinical setting. I filled in this test several times before I was diagnosed, and also filled it in once with my sister telling me where she felt I scored on each question.
