I like Girl Meets World but I hate how they treated autism when it was suspected Farkle had aspurgers. It would have been very good for children to watch an autisic charecter be portrayed in a positive light. Plus, they made it appear as if it would have been this horrible, life changing thing if Farkle did have aspurgers.

Didn't have much to do today so worked ahead, drank coffee, and read articles about Aspurgers. I really wish people told me that I had Aspurgers much earlier in my life.

So I was listening to this Podcast where they were Dissecting the Character of Darth Vader

And it hit me. 

Darth Vader, Tatooine Slave boy, Jedi Knight, Dark Lord of the Sith, Has, and always did have Aspergers. 

And I'm going to prove it.

My homestuck theory.

I’m just going to come out and say it. Kankri has Asperger syndrome

Just a warning this is gonna be a really long post so beware

First lets go over some of the symptoms and things Aspergers is;

Asperger syndrome is an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) considered to be on the “high functioning” end of the spectrum. Affected children and adults have difficulty with social interactions and exhibit a restricted range of interests and/or repetitive behaviors. Motor development may be delayed, leading to clumsiness or uncoordinated motor movements. Compared with those affected by other forms of ASD, however, those with Asperger syndrome do not have significant delays or difficulties in language or cognitive development. Some even demonstrate precocious vocabulary – often in a highly specialized field of interest.

Now not everything here fits Kankri admittedly. But most diagnoses aren’t cut and dry it’s more often diagnosed if the person exhibits a set number of traits. So what are some of the symptoms of Aspergers that fits Kankri?

obsession with specific topics.

Kankri is more than a little obsessed with various forms of persecution and injustice

person who has Aspergers may have difficulty allowing others to speak. Often, they don’t notice that others are no longer listening or are uncomfortable with the topic. They may lack the ability to “see things” from the other person’s perspective. there's a lot of examples of this with Kankri honestly here are some example but here's a pretty good one Kankri either can't tell or doesn't notice when Latina is getting uncomfortable /trying to go<\li>

Because the level of intelligence often is average or higher than average, many people with Asperger's syndrome are able to function very well look at Kankri's long speeches this kid is extremely eloquent and clearly intelligent

Pedantic, formal style of speaking; often called “little professor,” verbose.as well as Extensive vocabulary. Reading commences at an early age (hyperlexia he's really formal in the way he talks always having to be grammatically correct and things along those lines

inflexibility and resistance to change think of porrim and her trying to get him to change the pants. Ok this one may be a stretch

sensory issues like being touched one of Kankri's many triggers
