dont think ive actually talked about my ocs here, so im going to do something stupid. bare with me.

sorry for the varying levels of quality. theyre all part of a webcomic im working on and i've been super lazy about it. so to build my motivation back up(or possibly cause it to crash back down) i want to do something.

Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale. I’d like to add that my therapist told me specifically that people should never ever tell their doctor/psychiatrist “I think I might have [blank]” but especially ADHD because they’ll think you just want medication to abuse or sell. Better to just list your symptoms and describe how they affect your life. So please, do not print this out and hand it to your doctor. Instead, look at it as a guide for how to describe your symptoms.

To be 100% sure? Nope. 

There is the ASRS which is fairly accurate but it isn’t even close to being fully accurate.

Only way to be sure is to try and get a diagnosis, I’m afraid.

So I just took the ASRS (ADHD Self Report Scale) test (it’s an ADHD self test) and this was my result. I was even low balling in some of the answers.
