I discovered a different #safetysquatbar and gave it a whirl. It's 45lbs and the handles are longer, which is actually far more comfortable for me. So here's my last week of using #safetybarsquats as a main lift, as I'll be going back to the traditional #squat next week, possibly relegating this #squatvariation to #assistancework. I'll also be decreasing the amount of reps per set and increasing the number of sets to keep the intensity high, not fatigue to quickly and keep things at a 24 or 25 rep range.
