self be lot pain more and more . get exhausted easily , lot unable. not be make hobbies (many craft ) because pain in arm / hand or make walk bc leg hurt and stamina low .

adaptive tool like guided hand etcetc seem like possible help self less pain ? . not able get tool very well local very limited option (i guess unless be online sell in europe) and curious there be suggestions for any shop accessible and not too expensive ?

I'm in a lot pain more and more (my pain is getting worse over time; it's chronic and increasing over the years), and I get exhausted easily, unable to do things. I'm not able to do my hobbies (many crafts) because of the pain in my arms and hands. I'm not able to go on walks because my leg hurts and my stamina is low.

An adaptive tool like a guided hand or similar seems like it would possibly help me, maybe reduce my pain? But I'm not able to get a tool very easily; there are limited options locally (unless there's an online store in Europe). I'm curious if there are any suggestions for any shop that's accessible and not too expensive?

i have been using a grabber arm to clean and its super great for preventing dizzyness and fatigue from bending down!!! yaaay 10/10 would reccomend

could you explain a bit more what this gif project you've mentioned is? I found the original post about it but still don't quite understand what you're looking for and the purpose of it.

It started when I was making a post about rollators. When I went to add some gifs to the post, I noticed that there were very few gifs within Tumblr that show rollators. There's quite a lot of wheelchairs and canes but other mobility aids, medical devices, and assistive tools are underrepresented. However, there is an option to create a gif that Tumblr will then keep in the library so that it's available to other people when they search.

So my idea is to collect videos of disability aids, especially those that aren't as commonly seen, and turn them into gifs. I tried finding stock video but there's not very much showing rollators and other underrepresented aids, and the stock video I could find often depicts non-disabled people pretending to use these aids (and it's quite obvious) or it's elderly people (and I wanted to increase the representation of younger people using aids).

Anyone who wants to join in on this project can send video to this blog and I will then create the gif and add alt text so that the gif is then in the library and available to future posters.
