Dear mom hah

You broke me with your words yesterday. How you see me as a useless child. I know you don't see me the way you used to see me as your child. That proud glint in your eyes is gone, because I don't get the results you expect me to.

I hate myself. I hate myself for making you cry because I failed you. I've never hate myself as much as you made me feel.

But one thing stopped the tears. because I know you'll never understand what I feel. You'll never see my regrets in the way I try not to meet you in the eyes. I know you'll never hear my silent cries as I lie on the bathroom floor with my clothes still on and the shower running.

I want you to see me in the future as the daughter you were always proud of, not the one you told to 'Please change the way you live your life' and 'I'm kinda disappointed'.

So you'll see me in the future, you'll see how I grow my kids and how I make sure they'll never hear those words you told me.
