“Okay, you have to tell me how you do it.”  He spoke, completely unprompted but it was clear this had been eating away at him for a while now.

“I’ve heard skateboard, snowboarding, surfing-- but not the thing you do. The leaping out of a plane and straight up airboarding? Sky shredding? What even is that!” But more importantly, can he try.

“That was totally going to be my second choice!” he lied pretty obviously. He hadn’t seen that movie--he hadn’t seen a lot of movies. He saw Zootopia overseas with a little girl whose family let him crash at this home one time. That was the last movie he’d seen.

“I guess it’s been a while since I’ve seen any movies. Maybe we can watch some together if you have some time off.”

He had heard the news say Edo was appearing in Europe but to think he would actually physically run into him now that was a shocker. Trotting over to the other who a grin growing on his face.

Dealing with strangers day in and day out was great, but even he got tired of the attention after awhile. “So, what brings you around? Lemme guess, you were in the neighborhood and thought you stop by and check up on me, right?”

“Getting around, as usual,” Juudai answered sheepishly, referring to his constantly moving around the world. It was rare that he allowed himself time to meet up with an old friend like this. “I saw your last duel. It was something.”

A sigh left Hikaru,turning away from looking up at the night sky. “I kept thinking...about some stuff that’s all..” his voice soft but clear.  “Nothing really important..”

“I was in class, Aster! Did you forget my schedule?” It was the most likely case since he was busy until recently. Even though Nix had been doing well so far, it appeared he was still overly concerned about her. Which was alright but her dear brother had a habit of being over protective at times. “Of course I have been! Theo goes everywhere with me, besides class.” Oh it was time for his check up? It was something her cat needed but that also meant she’d be without her companion for at least a few days. “So you came to take Theo to the vet? He’s going to be okay right?”
