Got a really really cool and old book given to me as a gift by my mother’s godmother today!

Coming in at 136 years, this is the oldest book I own!

This book was written before:

Pluto was discovered

the electron was discovered

galaxies had been discovered

any description of giant and dwarf stars

the entirety of radio astronomy(obviously)

the debunking of the martian canals

the discovery of cepheid variable stars
