Late Night Visit

The sun is rising on a silent Hogwarts castle. All students sound asleep- Or so she thought...

Lily snuck quietly back to the girls dormitory, hoping she’d go unnoticed.

Just when she thought she had made it,

Lily paused for a few moments, her brain shrivelling.

The next day, Lily and Remus are sat in the Gryffindor common room studying together like usual.

Just when Lily thinks she’s in the clear, disaster approaches.

I would like to hereby apologize to @astroboletos for calling him a vampire so many times. I have finally determined that I was wrong, and that while he is an immortal from another century, it has become clear to me that it is not vampirism. 

Instead, he is Captain Jack Sparrow trying to update to modern times. 

I cite evidence:

 Facial hair patterns. He could easily rock the Sparrow beard should he so try.

Francesca. Captain Jack has simply transferred his adoration from one inanimate lady (The Black Pearl) to another (Francesca.) 

Obsession with banter. Jack Sparrow cannot refrain from bantering if his life depends upon it, and nor do I think can astroboletos.

Friends. Jack and astroboletos are both friends with some types who believe in living life to the fullest and entertaining themselves and others by making up daring fictional exploits. In Jack’s day these were pirates. In modern era, these are theatre kids. 

Voice. Look, you don’t sound exactly the same but there’s enough similarities that I noticed, okay?

This essay brought to you by rewatching Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, and wondering “why is Jack still so familiar even though it’s been years since I last watched this movie?”

@astroboletos has cursed me. Made me watch some horrible animation called Damo and Darren and I’ve had 4 people ask me for a light since. I hate Aussie culture
