@"what good" anon; I find it useful because I don't like to watch Lets Players who don't respect me and my friends. This is not some grand political statement; I just don't enjoy watching videos with slurs in them, etc. Having this blog lets me avoid people who I won't enjoy watching, and prevents me from wasting my time on them. So, that's a small part of what good the blog does.
Also @ that anon: nobody is saying that these Lets Players can't use slurs, be horrible people, etc. Just that we would rather not watch videos with such content in them. Obviously, we'd rather that they didn't so that we could enjoy their videos, but if they decide to, we simply don't watch their content; again, not as a political statement, but because we don't enjoy it. So, in other words, stop crying about "free speech!!!". We're not censoring anyone, just choosing what we want to watch.

Tor is simply the most secure, if you use anything else (besides I2P) you are at more risk. It is simple: Download, run, done. Tor does not put one at risk of finding something horrible. You have to try really, really hard to find anything worse than on the clearnet.
