I haven’t formally announced on my blog but I’m planning to study at an English university! A lot of my absence from studyblr was spent researching schooling there and trying to understand the application process. Due to that I watched at least 4 hours worth of “Writing an Excellent Personal Statement” videos. Decided I would save some other poor international students the trouble and put everything I learnt into about 10 minutes <3

12.12.17 // my spread for this week

AHH omg I haven’t posted in so long!! But I finished my HSC a couple months ago and have graduated high school (I came first in my favourite subject woohoo). I also got early entry into the University course I wanted, so starting next year I’ll be studying ‘Bachelor of Science Criminology and Psychological Studies’ and I’m so excited!!!

I decided to create a mental health tracker for July. Here I can track different symptoms and things that correlate with my mental health. Above this tracker I also have me general habit tracker, so I’ll be able to see if any of the tasks on there affect my mental health (positively or negatively). It’ll also be good to keep track of things for dr appointments. Do you guys do anything to track your mental health or feelings etc?
