Honestly there's enough stuff in 14 for me not to be worried about the brave gangs importance in 15. Until that episode releases I'm not gonna lose hope about it because it makes no sense imo to mention some of these things if its not going to come back up in 15

The fact there was a whole portion of 14 essentially just there to tell the viewer "Dark Enchantress needs Gingerbrave alive"

And that the Mold dough cookies almost killing him had actually concerned her...

Imo its important to keep the episode together as a whole rather than to separate the ending just bc they added a delay.

Also the Brave gangs final positions are also surprisingly important places, right in front of the oven. And Gingerbrave is placed directly in front of this a couple times.
