Hey Daisy, I know there's a massive hate train against your people right now, with a giant monster trying to kill everyone of them, and several government agencies aiming to apprehend, profile, or kill any of them they come across "if necessary" (aka if they don't act like perfect victims while they're scared and alone and going through a massive change), but you actually have to work with them and share all your intel with them no ifs or buts, and the guy you have feelings for who's also an inhuman, we're going to hand him over to them against your wishes without telling you after you finally got him to trust you since shield kind of destroyed his home and is one of the reasons his people are in hiding and now even after it's been revealed that the same people I'm forcing you to work with who kind of see you as an animals/weapon have been locking up all the inhumans they apprehend into literal cages and putting them into a coma until they can "cure them", you still have to work with them. Our hands are tied. But you can't be angry about this or question these decisions or our judgement, even though you're the only one on this team who's personally affected by this mess and you're the only one who's also a direct target. (I know there's a bit more nuance, and Coulson did have to make a ton of tough choices with no good options but this is seriously absurd when you take into account how inhumans in the show are a marginalized group who're basically a metaphor for people of colour, but more specifically immigrants or "illegal aliens" as fascists like to call them. Sound familiar? Daisy is the only inhuman in all of shield by this point yet her open ion isn't given any real weight even though she was given the task to assemble an "inhuman team".)
