To help us all get in the mindset of the canon past and how our characters fit into it, I’m adding an ooc event to the mix this week as well. This is a text-based event, diving into the past to explore text messages our characters sent to each other in the canon past. To participate, feel free to reach out to other players and talk about canon plotlines and events and how they affected your characters and when they might have had some juicy texts. Then write out those texts together on the dash. You can use these to add to an existing connection or make new ones. You can explore personal plots or reflect on group ones. 

An example: Sebastian is slotted in as secretly being someone that Quinn knew from childhood, so they couldn’t have conversations in front of other people and that means that most of their interactions right after conflicts between their glee clubs probably happened via text, especially if those conflicts were face to face. So Quinn might have reason to text Sebastian after any of the mean things that he did to any of the New Directioners and they might have been some pretty juicy texts. We could say that Quinn was the one to text Sebastian to let him know about what had happened to Dave, and it could have been that conversation with her that helped him get to the point of turning over a new leaf and the conclusion that he needed to call the NDs together to apologize to them. 

To make sure that we all know what is a text for this event and what isn’t, please add something into the title or tags (or both) to denote when it happened and that it’s part of this event. You can even write a small summary of the time frame before the texts in parenthesis, if you want to add more of the backstory in. My basic suggestion format is:
