My thoughts about what's coming for our ship.

Here's an answer to athousandoceans who wondered how CS is going to evolve by the end of the season, and how the season is going to end.

I think everything is going to go faster now. Because...

Emma took off the necklace. Symbolically, she's ready to trust again (see what she said to Neal at this moment). THUS she's ready to trust Hook. Of course it won't be that easy, but with this symbol, the writers definitely wanted to show that she sort of opened the way for Hook.

Hook's coming to NYC for Rumple, but the writers chose to make the latter go with Emma and they chose to make Hook come to NY. Not random.

Henry is going to be kind of mad at Emma... He's hurt, and he's not going to forgive her overnight. Emma's going to feel alone. And I think that this moment is ideal, that's when she's going to begin to open up to Hook.

Hook's going to join the good team. There's no way he returns with Cora after what she did to him. He doesn't like her, never did. But what she did was the last straw. He's gonna realize that he's got more to win fighting on Emma's side. Which means, more CS scenes.

Neal showing up. Although the latter is engaged (cheers) and Emma's not interested in him anymore, I think that a sort of love triangle can still apply. Because OF COURSE Hook and Neal are going to be implied in some kind of rivalry, as one is Emma's past and the other is Emma's future. And Neal is the one who abandoned Emma, so obviously Hook will be mad at him, and jealous. The fact that they already know each other might heighten this point, because I doubt they got along well, especially if Neal was a Lost Boy.

As for what could happen between Emma and Hook by the end of the season... I think we can expect a kiss or a significant romantic move on the season finale. St Jane Espenson said : "You're gonna like it.", and the writers said we would be shown a romance between Hook and Emma. WE SHOULD NEVER FORGET THAT. That's why because we are far from being delusional. We are seeing what the writers want to show.

I think that Hook is going to save Emma. Because it's not that expected. Hook is supposed to be selfish, caring about nothing but his revenge. But Emma coming in the picture is going to change that, and Cora does not count on this point (or maybe she does... I just don't know what's on her mind and I hate that). Cora and Regina want to get rid of Emma. But the writers chose to show Emma's power (directly linked to TRUE LOVE) AND Hook as her love interest IN THE VERY SAME SEASON. This is huge. It means that their love is going to count in the end of the season, and beyond. But that's only my take on it :)
