ATI/AMD Graphics Card won't achieve previous high frame rates at default clocks after overclocking with MSI Afterburner

So I know why people like to overclock their GRAfics Cardzz, and I think it's a great idea if you know what you're doing. For those of you who have ATI Graphics, you know how touchy they can be when you overclock them with MSI Afterburner. If you push the clocks a little too high, you start to see horrible framerates in your games, even when you reset it to the stock clocks. After uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers 3-4 times, I've finally figured out the solution. It has nothing to do with the drivers...go back into MSI Afterburner and lower the Core Clock and Memory Clock (both Mhz).  That's right, you have to underclock your graphics card. Open up a graphical game or whatever and minimize it to keep adjusting MSI Afterburner until the framerate goes back up where it used to be before you touched your card (for me, the framerate was capping at 30 FPS. This method brought it back up to 60 FPS, which was where it used to be before I tried overclocking the card). Slowly raise the clock speeds in MSI Afterburner until you are back up to your stock clock speed. Keep checking back at the minimized game to see if the framerate stays where you want it
