you can go to those meetings and if you dont like it you can stop going, or you can take a break for some weeks and then go back so thats a plus! also its (very likely?) for free and youll get to listen to other people and their advice and how they cope etc. i think its a very good idea!! also you dont have to wait until things get “bad enough” bc its better to deal with things before they are completely out of your hands, you know? also i do think ur issue is serious

thanks corvo & yeah it’s free plus meetings on week ends are at the beach so that’s another plus i also think it’s dum for me to be like waitin ‘to hit rock bottom’ when i have done that a lot lately & yeah this is very serious in the end i’ve been literally irreparably ruinin my relationships w lots of ppl i care abt bc of this

get an old timey alarm clock and put it in the bathroom and make sure its loud enough to be heard from the bedroom. no fancy shmancy force closing apps with this bad boy
