Now I and other people have had a burning question for you...
Since Snape is YOUR spy, would he be allowed to date or even marry? I could understand if you didn't, there could be a possibility that he would tell his partner. But if he were to be allowed, how would you feel about a muggle or even a half-blood?
I have no idea why having the Dark Mark would prevent anyone from finding and wedding a suitable match. I do concede it would be more difficult for a spy - and I would discourage any of my undercover death eaters from forming vulnerable attachments who are unaware of the deception - but there is no ban on marriage
Note that I said suitable. No muggles or mudbloods allowed. Severus is himself a half-blood, so I would assume such a match would be suitable.
