“NUZI WEEK, DAY 1: anime/nightcore”
@nuziweek! Apologies to all people who draw in the style of anime, I have tried to mimic y’all’s style with zero reference or not even watching anime or nothing. Anyhoo, this was fun! Thanks!
I was going to draw a little fan art involving an Mobian-ized Version of Shine but They just look like tails so Im just gonna make a Full body Colored version to reference in the future.
@dreamingjackal The art was going to be of your new Profile Pic Icon but I clearly can’t draw Sonic style well enough
I drew a self portrait
I had a dream last night, where I worked at a zoo, but the zoo also had dinosaurs as well as normal animals, and there was a little ankylo baby and he was so cute.
Also... For some reason John Cena was there, as a security guard?? Man was just walking around talking to the zoo visitors???
Anyways I attempted (ATTEMPTED, keyword there) to draw the little ankylo. I kinda used little Bumpy from camp cretaceous as a reference for the overall shape and pose of a ankylo.
My beginner level dino baby art :] (I can literally save you the job of pointing out the flaws because I see them all I just don't know how to fix them).
This was from my third attempt at trying to make a Big Head (The Mask) latex mask. I got a little bit anxious about posting the mold with because I thought that people would probably be sick of seeing me trying to attempt the same project over and over again. I am proud on how the mold looks compared to the first two since I had better references from the new comic series from Dark Horse's I Pledge Allegiance To The Mask, and the original molds from the 1994 Jim Carrey movie. It seems that I'm way better at sculpting than I am with holding plaster. I did this mold sculpture back in 2020.
("Forgive The Shaky Cam Work")
Suffice it to say the project was a failure. I might try again one day once I get a better handle of the plaster process.
I tried digital art! This is a character from the upcoming Untitled Superhero Project. Patches is ... an interesting cat who is in this book almost entirely because of @muppetk and @quadradaz . This is my first digital art in literal years, but hey! Visibly a cat!
If you'd like to support my nonsense, I now have a Patreon. Please note that the actual text and illustrations of the Untitled Superhero Thing will be FREE to everyone, patrons or not, for the foreseeable future. I created this book specifically to provide free pleasure reading for teens and young adults who can't afford to buy books and either don't have consistent library access or live in areas with book bans. (Every major humanoid character in this book is some kind of queer. Patches ain't talking, though.) So a free book series remains the primary plan, but if people want to throw me a couple bucks to support the project, I will give them nice extra goodies.
Here's the Patreon post if you want to bask in my slightly inept glory!
